【摘要】：在產(chǎn)業(yè)驅(qū)動、政策支持、金融支持以及東道國政策和市場吸引的共同作用下，我國新能源企業(yè)在新能源領(lǐng)域的投資位居全球第一。根據(jù)彭博新能源財經(jīng)的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2012年度，我國新能源投資的流量是23.9億美元。又據(jù)世界資源研究所（WRI）的報告——《中國清潔能源對外直接投資報告》的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，到2012年我國新能源企業(yè)對外直接投資存量達(dá)400億美元，分別在33個國家，投資了124個項目，投資形式主要有海外制造工廠、新能源發(fā)電項目和資產(chǎn)并購等。 因此，本文選取中國新能源企業(yè)對外直接投資分析為研究課題。首先系統(tǒng)地梳理了中國新能源企業(yè)對外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀、特征和動因，回顧了新能源對外投資的政策歷程，完整梳理了新能源對外投資的現(xiàn)狀，分析了新能源企業(yè)對外投資的特征和投資動因；然后系統(tǒng)的對新能源企業(yè)對外直接投資的區(qū)域和投資風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了闡述，歸納了新能源企業(yè)對外直接投資的主要國家和地區(qū)，并提出了新能源企業(yè)對外直接投資中遇到的主要風(fēng)險；緊接著選取該公司作為典型案例進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)，從太陽能產(chǎn)業(yè)中選出率先“走出去”的海潤光伏這一微觀企業(yè)為例介紹了企業(yè)概況，然后從政治、商業(yè)、管理、財務(wù)、法律這五個方面分析了海潤光伏對保加利亞進(jìn)行直接投資的風(fēng)險；最后以確定投資對象和投資風(fēng)險兩個方面對中國新能源企業(yè)對外直接投資給出了主要的對策和建議，探討新能源企業(yè)介入國際市場時，要綜合考慮投資東道國的相關(guān)條件，合理確定投資項目，積極開拓國內(nèi)外電站項目，合理選擇對外直接投資的對象，引領(lǐng)市場發(fā)展方向，，掌握市場主動權(quán)，實現(xiàn)自身的市場份額持續(xù)優(yōu)化，要從風(fēng)險轉(zhuǎn)移、風(fēng)險控制、風(fēng)險管理三個方面合理控制對外直接投資的風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Under the combined action of industry drive, policy support, financial support, host country policy and market attraction, the investment of new energy enterprises in the field of new energy in China ranks first in the world. China's investment in new energy was $2.39 billion in 2012, according to Bloomberg New Energy Finance. According to data from the World Resources Research Institute's report "China's Clean Energy outward Direct Investment report", by 2012, the stock of new energy enterprises' foreign direct investment in China had reached 40 billion US dollars, with 124 projects invested in 33 countries, respectively. Investment forms include overseas manufacturing plants, new energy generation projects and asset acquisitions. Therefore, this paper selects China's new energy enterprises foreign direct investment analysis as the research topic. First of all, it systematically combs the current situation, characteristics and motivation of China's new energy enterprises' foreign direct investment, reviews the policy process of new energy's foreign investment, and combs the status quo of new energy's foreign investment. This paper analyzes the characteristics and investment motivation of new energy enterprises' outward investment, and then systematically expounds the regional and investment risks of new energy enterprises' foreign direct investment, and summarizes the main countries and regions of new energy enterprises' foreign direct investment. And put forward the main risks encountered in the new energy enterprises' foreign direct investment, and then selected the company as a typical case to analyze and summarize. From the solar energy industry, select the first "go out", a micro enterprise, as an example, introduced the enterprise profile, and then from the political, commercial, management, financial, These five aspects of the law analyze the risk of direct investment in Bulgaria by Hyundry Photovoltaic; finally, it gives the main countermeasures and suggestions to the foreign direct investment of new energy enterprises in China from the two aspects of determining the object of investment and the investment risk. When new energy enterprises are involved in the international market, they should consider comprehensively the relevant conditions of the host country of investment, rationally determine the investment projects, actively open up domestic and foreign power station projects, reasonably select the object of foreign direct investment, and lead the development of the market. It is necessary to control the risk of foreign direct investment reasonably from three aspects: risk transfer, risk control and risk management.
