【摘要】：公平與效率是人類(lèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中的一對(duì)基本矛盾,如何有效解決公平與效率這對(duì)矛盾,不僅是世界各國(guó)無(wú)數(shù)學(xué)者們長(zhǎng)期解答不盡的難題,也是世界各國(guó)歷屆政府決策者一直面臨的兩難抉擇問(wèn)題。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)的中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展實(shí)踐證明:中國(guó)創(chuàng)建的中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度具有合理調(diào)節(jié)公平與效率關(guān)系的內(nèi)在功能,可以有效化解人類(lèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中的公平與效率這對(duì)基本矛盾,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,從而為解決人類(lèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的難題貢獻(xiàn)了中國(guó)智慧和中國(guó)方案。
[Abstract]:Fairness and efficiency are a pair of basic contradictions in human economic life. How to effectively solve the contradiction between fairness and efficiency is not only a problem that countless scholars all over the world have solved for a long time. It is also a dilemma that successive government decision makers all over the world have been facing. The practice of China's economic and social development since the reform and opening up has proved that the basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has the inherent function of reasonably regulating the relationship between fairness and efficiency. It can effectively resolve the basic contradiction between fairness and efficiency in the development of human economy and society, and help to realize the sustainable development of economy and society, thus contributing China's wisdom and plan to solve the problem of human economic and social development.
