【摘要】：從微觀企業(yè)的投資行為出發(fā),考察虛擬經(jīng)濟適度發(fā)展影響企業(yè)投資效率的微觀傳導途徑。通過在投資項目市場價值評價模型中引入虛擬經(jīng)濟與實體經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展因子,構(gòu)建企業(yè)的投資決策理論模型,以2001 2014年我國上市公司的經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,通過實證分析,得出結(jié)論:虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對我國企業(yè)投資效率的影響并不明確,而虛擬經(jīng)濟與實體經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展能夠顯著促進我國企業(yè)投資效率的提高。在進一步分析中發(fā)現(xiàn),對于不同產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)和不同融資約束程度的企業(yè),虛擬經(jīng)濟與實體經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展對其投資效率所產(chǎn)生的影響也存在差異。
[Abstract]:Starting from the investment behavior of micro enterprises, this paper investigates the micro transmission ways that the moderate development of fictitious economy affects the investment efficiency of enterprises.By introducing the coordinated development factor of virtual economy and real economy into the evaluation model of market value of investment projects, this paper constructs the investment decision theory model of enterprises, and takes the empirical data of Chinese listed companies in 2001 and 2014 as samples, through empirical analysis.The conclusion is that the influence of the development of virtual economy on the investment efficiency of Chinese enterprises is not clear, and the coordinated development of virtual economy and real economy can significantly promote the improvement of investment efficiency of Chinese enterprises.In the further analysis, it is found that for enterprises with different property rights and different degree of financing constraints, the coordinated development of virtual economy and real economy has different effects on their investment efficiency.
