【摘要】：改革開放三十多年以來，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)以近10%的年均增長率持續(xù)增長，取得了令世人矚目的巨大成就。改革同時(shí)意味著不同主體之間利益關(guān)系的調(diào)整和再分配。目前中國國民收入初次分配格局中一個(gè)重要的表現(xiàn)是勞動報(bào)酬在國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值中所占的份額長期維持在低水平的狀態(tài)。我們有必要對這一現(xiàn)象給出解釋。 本文主要分為導(dǎo)論、理論分析、實(shí)證分析和政策建議四個(gè)部分。在對相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上，以勞動報(bào)酬在國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值中所占的比重為研究對象，考察勞動報(bào)酬份額在我國二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)下的水平和歷史變動趨勢，并通過與發(fā)達(dá)國家的橫向比較說明中國勞動報(bào)酬份額偏低的現(xiàn)狀。對二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)下的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的分析表明，隨著中國二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型，國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變動對勞動報(bào)酬份額具有重要影響。通過實(shí)證分析，本文認(rèn)為二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)下的就業(yè)壓力、不同部門勞動生產(chǎn)率的對比、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)移的不同步、城鎮(zhèn)化水平滯后于工業(yè)化水平的社會發(fā)展格局等因素對勞動報(bào)酬份額的變動具有顯著影響，并認(rèn)為，隨著中國劉易斯拐點(diǎn)的到來和政府對民生建設(shè)的更加重視，中國勞動報(bào)酬份額將進(jìn)入上升的通道。 在本文最后部分針對上文實(shí)證分析得出的影響我國勞動份額的主要因素，提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago, China's economy has continued to grow at an average annual growth rate of nearly 10%, and has made remarkable achievements.The reform also means the adjustment and redistribution of the interest relationship between different subjects.At present, an important manifestation of the initial distribution pattern of China's national income is that the share of labor remuneration in GDP remains at a low level for a long time.We need to explain this phenomenon.This paper is divided into four parts: introduction, theoretical analysis, empirical analysis and policy recommendations.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of relevant theories and literature, this paper takes the proportion of labor reward in GDP as the research object, and investigates the level and historical trend of labor compensation share under the dual economic structure of our country.And through the horizontal comparison with the developed countries, it shows that the labor compensation share of China is on the low side.The analysis of the industrial structure and the employment structure under the dual economic structure shows that with the transformation of the dual economic structure in China, the changes of the industrial structure and the employment structure in the national economy have an important impact on the share of labor remuneration.Through the empirical analysis, this paper holds that the employment pressure under the dual economic structure, the comparison of labor productivity in different sectors, the non-synchronization of industrial structure and employment structure transfer,The urbanization level lags behind the industrialization level social development pattern and so on factors have the remarkable influence to the labor compensation share change, and holds that, with the arrival of the Lewis turning point in China and the government pay more attention to the people's livelihood construction,China's share of labor compensation will enter the rising channel.In the last part of this paper, the author puts forward some policy suggestions on the main factors that affect the labor share of our country.
