【摘要】：2013年中國提出的"一帶一路"倡議一旦實(shí)施或部分實(shí)施,將會促進(jìn)中國與"一帶一路"沿線國家的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來、政治合作與文化交流。哈薩克斯坦是中國西北方向最重要的友好鄰邦之一,也是"一帶一路"西部大通道上的重要國家,因此研究哈薩克斯坦與中國的貿(mào)易和投資關(guān)系具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和借鑒價(jià)值。本文介紹了中哈雙邊貿(mào)易和投資的現(xiàn)狀,從中國和哈薩克斯坦兩方面探討了阻礙中哈貿(mào)易和投資進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的因素,并提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" initiative put forward by China in 2013, once implemented or partially implemented, will promote economic and trade exchanges, political cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and the countries along the "Belt and Road" route.Kazakhstan is one of China's most important friendly neighbors in the northwest direction, and is also an important country on the western corridor of "Belt and Road".Therefore, the study of trade and investment relations between Kazakhstan and China has certain practical significance and reference value.This paper introduces the present situation of bilateral trade and investment between China and Kazakhstan, probes into the factors hindering the further development of Sino-Kazakh trade and investment from China and Kazakhstan, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
