【摘要】：以縣域為研究單元,構建"四化同步"發(fā)展評價模型以揭示湖北省各縣市"四化"水平的發(fā)展狀況,采用地理—經(jīng)濟空間權重,運用ESDA方法,分析其發(fā)展的空間差異。結果表明,2003年以來,湖北省各縣市"四化同步"發(fā)展水平不一致,中心城市及平原地區(qū)水平較高,鄂東及鄂西山區(qū)水平較低,邊緣化現(xiàn)象突出,且呈現(xiàn)出重點發(fā)展區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品主產(chǎn)區(qū)生態(tài)功能區(qū)的特點;其發(fā)展水平在全局上有較強的空間自相關性,且形成以武漢和宜昌雙中心帶動的格局,其發(fā)展空間差異性與社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀相符,也與湖北省城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略一致。根據(jù)這些差異,結合湖北省主體功能區(qū)劃和城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,可有針對性地制定全面推進型、統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展型、生態(tài)優(yōu)先型三種不同的"四化同步"發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:Taking the county area as the research unit, this paper constructs the evaluation model of the development of "four modernizations" in order to reveal the development situation of the "four modernizations" in various counties and cities of Hubei Province. The geographical and economic spatial weights and the ESDA method are used to analyze the spatial differences of their development.The results show that since 2003, the development level of "four modernizations synchronously" has not been consistent, the level of central city and plain area is higher, the level of mountain area of east Hubei and western Hubei is lower, and the phenomenon of marginalization is prominent.It also shows the characteristics of the ecological function area of the main agricultural products producing area in the key development area, and its development level has a strong spatial autocorrelation in the overall situation, and forms a pattern driven by the dual centers of Wuhan and Yichang.The spatial difference of development is consistent with the present situation of social and economic development and the strategy of urban development in Hubei Province.According to these differences, combined with the main function division of Hubei Province and the development strategy of cities and towns, three different development paths of "four modernizations" can be formulated in a comprehensive way, as a whole, as a whole, as a whole, and as an ecological priority.
