【摘要】：高技能勞動力的轉(zhuǎn)移和空間聚集有助于提升聚集區(qū)廠商的創(chuàng)新能力和技術(shù)水平,使這些產(chǎn)業(yè)部門逐漸發(fā)展成為新興產(chǎn)業(yè)部門。新興產(chǎn)業(yè)部門具有較高的技術(shù)水平和勞動生產(chǎn)率,且單位土地產(chǎn)值高于傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)部門。在優(yōu)勢區(qū)位競爭中,這些高單位土地產(chǎn)值的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)部門將擠走原有的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)部門,使原有傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)部門的生產(chǎn)區(qū)位變成高生產(chǎn)率的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)部門的生產(chǎn)區(qū)位,被擠出的傳統(tǒng)部門則轉(zhuǎn)移到土地價格相對便宜的市郊或邊遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)甚至被淘汰。由技術(shù)水平提升導(dǎo)致的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟總量的增加,意味著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長;原有低效率的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)部門被高效率的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)部門取代,意味著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級;高效率的新興部門擠出低效率的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)部門,意味著產(chǎn)業(yè)的區(qū)際轉(zhuǎn)移,這就是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)演進的基本機理。
[Abstract]:The transfer and spatial agglomeration of highly skilled labor force will help to improve the innovation ability and technological level of the manufacturers in the agglomeration area, and make these industrial sectors gradually develop into a new industrial sector.The new industrial sector has high technical level and labor productivity, and the unit land output value is higher than that of the traditional industrial sector.In the superior location competition, these new industrial departments with high land output value will squeeze out the original traditional industrial departments, and make the production location of the original traditional industrial departments become the production location of the high productivity emerging industrial sectors.Squeezed out of the traditional sector is moved to relatively cheap land in the suburbs or remote areas, or even eliminated.The increase of the total amount of the regional economy caused by the upgrading of the technology level means the growth of the regional economy, the replacement of the original inefficient traditional industrial sector by the highly efficient new industrial sector, which means the transformation and upgrading of the regional economic structure.The emergence of efficient new sectors means the inter-regional transfer of industries, which is the basic mechanism of the evolution of regional economic structure.
