【摘要】：收入分配問(wèn)題所帶來(lái)的影響,小到每個(gè)公民的衣食住行,大到社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,國(guó)家的前程。如果收入分配差距控制在一定范圍內(nèi),在一定程度上有利于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,但如果收入分配差距過(guò)大,貧富差距懸殊,不僅阻礙了經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,更將嚴(yán)重制約我國(guó)改革進(jìn)一步深化,對(duì)我國(guó)各個(gè)方面的發(fā)展都會(huì)帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重的后果,這就決定了研究收入分配差距的必要性。本文主要有五部分,第一部分對(duì)論文的選題目的意義、研究方法以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單介紹。第二部分概述了新中國(guó)成立以來(lái)我國(guó)收入分配制度改革的演變軌跡,同時(shí)進(jìn)行了收入分配改革的效果評(píng)價(jià)。第三部分通過(guò)介紹古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)派和馬克思主義的收入分配理論以及現(xiàn)代西方收入分配理論,闡述了研究收入分配問(wèn)題的理論基礎(chǔ)以及對(duì)我國(guó)收入分配改革的啟示。第四部分首先介紹了收入分配差距的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),然后通過(guò)大量數(shù)據(jù)的搜集和研究從城鄉(xiāng)間、地域間以及行業(yè)間三方面分析了我國(guó)收入分配差距的現(xiàn)狀。接下來(lái)從自然歷史因素、制度因素以及政策性因素等多方面分析了我國(guó)收入分配差距形成的原因以及影響。最后一部分根據(jù)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展水平,從初次分配、再分配和第三次分配三個(gè)層次,較為詳盡地提出了調(diào)節(jié)我國(guó)居民收入分配差距的財(cái)稅政策和具體措施。
[Abstract]:The impact of the income distribution problem ranges from the clothing, food, housing and transportation of every citizen, to social stability, economic development, and the future of the country. If the income distribution gap is controlled within a certain range, it will be beneficial to economic development to a certain extent. However, if the income distribution gap is too large and the gap between the rich and the poor is wide, it will not only hinder the development of the economy, but will also seriously constrain the further deepening of the reform in our country, and will bring serious consequences to the development of all aspects of our country. This determines the necessity of studying the income distribution gap. There are five parts in this paper. The second part summarizes the evolution of China's income distribution system reform since the founding of New China. At the same time, it evaluates the effect of income distribution reform. The third part introduces the classical economic school and Marxist income distribution theory as well as modern western income distribution theory. This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the study of income distribution and its implications for the reform of income distribution in China. The fourth part first introduces the evaluation indexes of income distribution gap, and then through the collection and study of a large amount of data from the urban and rural areas, This paper analyzes the current situation of income distribution gap in China from the three aspects of geographical and industry. Then, from the natural historical factors, the paper analyzes the current situation of income distribution gap in China. The paper analyzes the causes and effects of the income distribution gap in China from institutional factors and policy factors. Finally, according to the current level of economic and social development in China, the first distribution is carried out. At the three levels of redistribution and third distribution, this paper puts forward in detail the fiscal and taxation policies and concrete measures to adjust the gap of income distribution among the residents in China.
