【摘要】：中國(guó)減貧事業(yè)取得了巨大成就,其中一個(gè)重要的經(jīng)驗(yàn),就是習(xí)近平總書記總結(jié)出來(lái)的精準(zhǔn)扶貧戰(zhàn)略思想。其中,精準(zhǔn)識(shí)別是精準(zhǔn)扶貧的前提,精準(zhǔn)幫扶是精準(zhǔn)扶貧的關(guān)鍵,精準(zhǔn)管理是精準(zhǔn)扶貧的保證。中國(guó)為全球千年發(fā)展目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)作出了自己的貢獻(xiàn),為全球減貧治理貢獻(xiàn)了中國(guó)智慧。
[Abstract]:China has made great achievements in reducing poverty. One of the important experiences is the strategic thinking of precision poverty reduction, which was summed up by General Secretary Xi Jinping. Among them, precision recognition is the premise of precision poverty alleviation, and precision assistance is the key to precision poverty alleviation. Precision management is the guarantee of precision poverty reduction. China has made its own contribution to the achievement of the global Millennium Development goals and contributed its wisdom to global poverty reduction governance.
