【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國居民收入差距不斷拉大，遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過了基尼系數(shù)的國際警戒線�？s小居民貧富差距、解決居民收入均衡增長問題已顯得十分迫切。收入的均衡增長關(guān)系到一個國家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的健康發(fā)展，收入均衡倍增問題的研究對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)快速增長、實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)居民共享發(fā)展成果以及社會和諧穩(wěn)定都有著重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以馬克思收入分配理論及其創(chuàng)新發(fā)展為依據(jù)，對我國城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距問題相關(guān)研究成果加以梳理總結(jié)，在對居民收入均衡倍增含義界定的基礎(chǔ)上，通過大量詳實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)對居民收入的城鄉(xiāng)差距、地區(qū)差距、行業(yè)差距和企業(yè)內(nèi)部差距進(jìn)行分析，認(rèn)為我國居民收入失衡的原因主要有自然環(huán)境因素、國家政策因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)體制因素、法律制度因素和就業(yè)與社會保障制度等因素。 通過分析認(rèn)為，雖然我國實(shí)現(xiàn)居民收入倍增面臨許多艱巨的困難，，但是只要各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子做到心系百姓，團(tuán)結(jié)全國各族人民，認(rèn)真按照經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律辦事，以市場為導(dǎo)向，打破壟斷和原有利益格局，切實(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級，實(shí)施協(xié)調(diào)公平的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策，調(diào)整相關(guān)政策、完善有關(guān)制度和法律建設(shè)，充分利用或轉(zhuǎn)換自然環(huán)境實(shí)現(xiàn)社會脫貧，促進(jìn)公平就業(yè)，擴(kuò)大社會保障范圍，實(shí)現(xiàn)居民收入均衡倍增的任務(wù)是可以實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's income gap is widening, far more than the Gene coefficient of the international warning line. To narrow the gap between rich and poor people, it is very urgent to solve the balanced growth of residents income. Income balanced growth is related to the healthy development of the economy and society of a country, income equalization problem research doubled on China's economy the steady and rapid growth, to achieve urban and rural residents has important theoretical and practical significance to share the fruits of development and social harmony and stability.
In this paper, Marx's income distribution theory and innovation development based on the income gap between urban and rural residents in China related research achievements were summarized, in the basis of defining the meaning of balanced double income, through a large number of detailed data on the income gap between urban and rural areas, the gap between regions, the gap between the industry and the enterprise internal gaps analysis. The reason that our country residents income imbalance is the main natural environmental factors, policy factors, economic factors and institutional factors, the legal system of employment and social security system and other factors.
Through the analysis, although China has income doubling faces a lot of difficulty, but as long as the leadership at all levels to the heart of the people, unite people of all nationalities, seriously in accordance with economic laws, guided by the market, breaking the monopoly and the original pattern of interests, to achieve the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, coordinating the implementation of fair economic policies. The adjustment of relevant policies, perfect the system and legal construction, make full use of the natural environment to realize the social transformation or poverty, promoting fair employment, expanding the scope of social security, the residents to achieve balanced income doubling task can be achieved.
