【摘要】：2017年上半年,河南以新發(fā)展理念引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài),著力發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢打好"四張牌",聚焦"三區(qū)一群"戰(zhàn)略,積極推進"三去一降一補",持續(xù)開展"四大攻堅戰(zhàn)",全省經(jīng)濟運行呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)中有進、進中向好的態(tài)勢,創(chuàng)造出地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值增長8.2%的優(yōu)異成績。但是,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展存在投資增長動力不足、工業(yè)回暖基礎(chǔ)不牢、轉(zhuǎn)型步伐仍需加快、房地產(chǎn)市場存在負面影響等問題,下半年要繼續(xù)堅持穩(wěn)中求進總基調(diào),積極擴大有效投資、穩(wěn)定工業(yè)增長、大力實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略、深入推進改革開放,繼續(xù)打好"四大攻堅戰(zhàn)",確保實現(xiàn)全年經(jīng)濟發(fā)展目標。

We are actively promoting "three, go, one drop, one compensation," and continue to carry out the "four major battles against difficulties." the economic operation of the whole province has shown steady progress, progress toward the middle, and a positive trend, creating an excellent result of the region's gross domestic product growth of 8.2%. However, There are some problems in economic development, such as insufficient investment growth power, weak foundation for industrial recovery, quickening the pace of transformation, negative impact on the real estate market, and so on. In the second half of the year, we should continue to adhere to the general tone of pursuing steady progress, and actively expand effective investment. We will stabilize industrial growth, vigorously implement the innovation-driven strategy, deepen reform and opening up, continue to fight the "four major battles", and ensure the realization of the economic development target for the whole year.
