【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展，人民的生活水平也有了顯著的提高，但是經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展是以資源浪費(fèi)、環(huán)境污染、生態(tài)危機(jī)為代價(jià)的。為了使得經(jīng)濟(jì)同資源、環(huán)境和諧發(fā)展，探索出一種人類(lèi)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的模式——綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)，經(jīng)過(guò)2009年的全球金融危機(jī)，綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式更是成為各個(gè)國(guó)家認(rèn)定并選擇的模式。 本文通過(guò)構(gòu)建一個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的指標(biāo)體系，利用熵值賦權(quán)法和改進(jìn)的TOPIS法來(lái)研究我國(guó)2007~2012年不同地區(qū)的綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)變化情況，并且通過(guò)空間統(tǒng)計(jì)分析來(lái)研究綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的經(jīng)濟(jì)指數(shù)、社會(huì)指數(shù)、資源環(huán)境指數(shù)和政策指數(shù)之間的典型相關(guān)性和空間相關(guān)性，得到的結(jié)論如下： 1、綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)的四個(gè)維度之間呈現(xiàn)出不平衡狀態(tài)，不同省市之間的社會(huì)指數(shù)差異性略顯明顯，其他三個(gè)維度發(fā)展相對(duì)平衡但是總體水平不高，綜合這幾個(gè)方面的因素，整體上我國(guó)綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)水平不太高。 2、社會(huì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、資源環(huán)境情況和政府政策方面均與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在典型相關(guān)關(guān)系，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的高低也在一定程度上影響著其他三個(gè)維度的發(fā)展水平。 3、由于地理位置的鄰近，綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的四個(gè)維度均存在空間效應(yīng)，，表現(xiàn)出空間相關(guān)性，部分區(qū)域有集聚現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has made rapid progress, and the people's living standards have also been significantly improved. However, the rapid economic development is characterized by waste of resources and pollution of the environment. In order to make the economy develop harmoniously with resources and environment, to explore a kind of sustainable development mode of human beings-green economy, after the global financial crisis in 2009, The green economy development pattern becomes the pattern which each country recognizes and chooses. By constructing an index system to evaluate the development level of green economy, this paper studies the static and dynamic changes of green economy development in different regions of China from 2007 to 2012 by using entropy weighting method and improved TOPIS method. And through the spatial statistical analysis to study the typical correlation and spatial correlation between the economic index, social index, resource and environment index and policy index of green economy level, the conclusion is as follows:. 1. The four dimensions of green economy show an unbalanced state, the difference of social index between different provinces and cities is slightly obvious, the other three dimensions are relatively balanced but the overall level is not high. On the whole, the level of green economy in China is not very high. 2. The current situation of social development, the situation of resources and environment and the government policy have typical correlation with economic development, and the level of economic development also affects the development level of the other three dimensions to a certain extent. 3, because of the proximity of geographical location, the four dimensions of green economy development have spatial effect, showing spatial correlation, and some regions have agglomeration phenomenon.
