【摘要】：已有關(guān)于生態(tài)補(bǔ)償?shù)难芯?較少從宏觀視角考慮生態(tài)補(bǔ)償資金規(guī)模對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響。本文在拉姆塞-卡斯-庫普曼宏觀增長模型的基礎(chǔ)上,納入生態(tài)補(bǔ)償提供資金和生態(tài)效益的過程,從理論上分析生態(tài)補(bǔ)償資金投入對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響,表明生態(tài)補(bǔ)償資金通過提高資本的增長率進(jìn)而推動經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。再利用陜西省79個退耕還林縣的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。首先,采用二步聚類法對陜西省內(nèi)各縣的退耕還林規(guī)模加以分類,并以此作為解釋變量進(jìn)行面板回歸,分析退耕還林規(guī)模對縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的平均影響,結(jié)果表明退耕還林促進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,且高退耕還林規(guī)模對縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的促進(jìn)作用更大。然后,采用分位數(shù)回歸方法分析在不同經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率條件下,退耕還林規(guī)模對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的邊際影響,結(jié)果表明,縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率越高,退耕還林生態(tài)補(bǔ)償對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的作用越大;無論縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率如何變化,退耕地還林對縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的促進(jìn)作用都大于荒山荒地造林和封山育林。
[Abstract]:Study on ecological compensation for ecological compensation funds, less considering the influence of scale on regional economic growth from the macro perspective. Based on Ramsey CASS and Koopmans macro growth model, provide capital into ecological compensation and ecological benefits, from the theoretical analysis of ecological compensation fund investment impact on economic growth, the results showed that the ecological the compensation funds by raising capital growth rate and promote economic growth. The empirical study of Shaanxi Province Statistics data of 79 forest county. First, the two step clustering method on Shaanxi province county returning farmland to forest scale classified, and as the panel regression analysis of the explanatory variables, the scale of returning farmland to forests on the average impact of county economic growth. The results show that returning farmland to forest and promote economic growth in the county, and returning farmland to forest scale to promote county economic growth A more important role. Then, using quantile regression analysis in different growth conditions, the marginal effect of returning farmland to forest, the scale of economic growth. The results show that the economic growth rate is high, the forest ecological compensation greater effect on economic growth; economic growth in county area regardless of how changes in farmland to the forest of county economic growth is greater than the afforestation of barren hills and wasteland and afforestation.
