【摘要】：以2007-2015年179家國(guó)有上市公司數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,基于PVAR模型考察國(guó)有資本對(duì)外投資效率的影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),絕大部分國(guó)有企業(yè)對(duì)外投資的收益為負(fù),普遍存在投資不足的現(xiàn)狀,國(guó)有資本境外投資效率的提升空間較大。為了提升國(guó)有資本境外投資效率,應(yīng)合理配置投資區(qū)位,調(diào)整投資結(jié)構(gòu),加快外商投資服務(wù)體系建設(shè),完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Taking the data of 179 state-owned listed companies from 2007 to 2015 as a sample, based on the PVAR model, the factors influencing the efficiency of foreign investment of state-owned capital are investigated. It is found that the income of foreign investment of most state-owned enterprises is negative, and the current situation of underinvestment exists in most state-owned enterprises. In order to improve the efficiency of overseas investment of state-owned capital, it is necessary to rationally allocate the investment location, adjust the investment structure, speed up the construction of foreign investment service system and perfect the risk prevention mechanism.
