【摘要】：正供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革是我國在特定的歷史背景條件下根據(jù)前期政策的偏差和當前經(jīng)濟的一些表現(xiàn)確定的改革方向。既然提出供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,前提就是把經(jīng)濟分成了供給和需求兩個方面,可是我覺得這不免帶著西方經(jīng)濟學的烙印。既然提出來了,總是針對具體問題提出來的,是針對國民經(jīng)濟當中存在的問題提出來的。供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革提出來以后,我們需要一定的理論指導。這個理論指導應該是什么?我認為供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的指導理論就是馬克思關于再生產(chǎn)的理論。
[Abstract]:The positive supply-side structural reform is a reform direction determined by the deviation of previous policies and some current economic performance in China under the specific historical background. Since the supply-side structural reform is proposed, The premise is that the economy is divided into supply and demand, but I think this inevitably carries the mark of western economics. Since it has been raised, it is always put forward in response to specific problems. After the supply-side structural reform has been put forward, we need certain theoretical guidance. What should this theoretical guidance be? I think the guiding theory of supply-side structural reform is Marx's theory on reproduction.
