【摘要】：基于廣東創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展考核指標(biāo)體系,從"政府行為-社會(huì)創(chuàng)新-綜合實(shí)力"(GSC)角度構(gòu)建指標(biāo)概念模型,實(shí)證分析政府行為對(duì)社會(huì)創(chuàng)新的當(dāng)期和持續(xù)傳導(dǎo)效應(yīng);在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)監(jiān)測分析框架,提出二維矩陣圖和深層結(jié)構(gòu)分析法,并以A市為案例進(jìn)行應(yīng)用。旨在幫助科技管理部門深入了解本地創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展優(yōu)劣勢,進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)科技工作。
[Abstract]:Based on the evaluation index system of innovation-driven development in Guangdong province, this paper constructs the index concept model from the angle of "government behavior, social innovation and comprehensive strength", and empirically analyzes the current and continuous conduction effect of government behavior on social innovation. The framework of monitoring and analysis is designed, the two-dimensional matrix diagram and deep structure analysis method are put forward, and the application of A city is taken as a case to help the scientific and technological management departments to understand the advantages and disadvantages of local innovation-driven development and to further improve the scientific and technological work.
