【摘要】：國家金融安全需要"一帶一路"建設(shè),"一帶一路"建設(shè)保障國家金融安全。在推進(jìn)"一帶一路"建設(shè)中,首先,探索多元化、國際化投融資模式,增強(qiáng)金融合作、優(yōu)化資源配置,升級(jí)金融機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)營管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控水平;其次,構(gòu)建跨區(qū)域的多層次金融組織體系,如建立多層次的合作基金,吸引沿線國家資金和社會(huì)資本參與"一帶一路"建設(shè);第三,加強(qiáng)保險(xiǎn)體系建設(shè),豐富保險(xiǎn)品種,為"一帶一路"提供有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障;第四,完善區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)沿線國家金融監(jiān)管合作,健全金融監(jiān)管體系。
[Abstract]:National financial security requires the construction of "Belt and Road" and the construction of "Belt and Road" to ensure national financial security. In promoting the construction of "Belt and Road", first of all, we should explore diversified and international investment and financing models and enhance financial cooperation. Optimize the allocation of resources, upgrade the risk prevention and control level of financial institutions; secondly, build a multi-level financial organization system across regions, such as establishing multi-level cooperation funds, To attract national funds and social capital along the route to participate in the construction of "Belt and Road"; third, to strengthen the construction of the insurance system, to enrich the variety of insurance, and to provide effective risk protection for Belt and Road; and, in 4th, to improve the regional coordination mechanism. We will strengthen financial supervision and control cooperation among countries along the route and improve the financial supervision system.
