【摘要】：文章以世界地緣經(jīng)濟新變化趨勢作為背景,歸納總結(jié)了"絲路城市"的概念、特點以及理論和現(xiàn)實意義,并對這一城市群體對"一帶一路"倡議推進的主要作用及面臨的主要問題進行了分析。文章認(rèn)為,"絲路城市"概念是對世界城市網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論的補充,具有對內(nèi)對外的雙重發(fā)展作用功能,其發(fā)展依托于沿線區(qū)域的城市間網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)。"絲路城市"將承擔(dān)沿線國家主要增長極和地緣經(jīng)濟新發(fā)展區(qū)域的重要功能,對"一帶一路"倡議的推進起到網(wǎng)絡(luò)骨干、區(qū)域樞紐和國際治理等多種重要作用。"絲路城市"的發(fā)展也面對歷史與現(xiàn)實、規(guī)模與功能、板塊與網(wǎng)絡(luò)等多方面的落差,同時面對單一城市過度發(fā)展、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施水平不足等諸多挑戰(zhàn)。中國城市在促進"絲路城市"互動發(fā)展方面具有重要的引領(lǐng)和推動作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the new change trend of world geo-economy, this paper summarizes the concept, characteristics, theoretical and practical significance of "Silk Road City". The paper also analyzes the main role of this urban group in carrying forward the "Belt and Road" initiative and the main problems it faces. The paper holds that the concept of "Silk Road City" is a supplement to the theory of world urban network. Its development depends on the construction of inter-city network in the region along the route. The "Silk Road City" will assume the important functions of the main growth poles of the countries along the route and the new development regions of geo-economy. It plays an important role in promoting the "Belt and Road" initiative, such as network backbone, regional hub and international governance. The development of "Silk Road City" also faces the gap between history and reality, scale and function, plate and network, etc. At the same time, facing many challenges, such as excessive development of single city and inadequate infrastructure level, Chinese cities play an important leading and promoting role in promoting the interactive development of "Silk Road City".
