【摘要】：從1984年我國第一家上市公司飛樂音響創(chuàng)立至今，已有近三十年，我國的上市公司經(jīng)歷了從無到有，規(guī)模從小到大的翻天覆地的發(fā)展，上市公司涉及的行業(yè)也不斷增加。上市公司在我國的經(jīng)濟體系中占有越來越重要的地位，其對經(jīng)濟增長的影響也引起學(xué)者們的關(guān)注和研究。 以往的研究主要是處在國家層次上的，對上市公司和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長關(guān)系作實證分析的文章較少。安徽省地理位置上處于中國經(jīng)濟最發(fā)達(dá)的區(qū)域——華東地區(qū)，經(jīng)濟上屬于中國中東部經(jīng)濟區(qū)。安徽省是我國重要的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、能源、原材料和加工制造業(yè)基地，汽車、機械、家電、化工、電子、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工等行業(yè)在全國占有重要位置。安徽省在地理位置上連接了東部和中部，其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的特點也兼具東部和中部的特點，安徽省內(nèi)部又受地理因素影響分為皖北、皖中和皖南，各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟各有特色，所以對安徽省上市公司影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長進行研究具有一定的實際意義。上市公司到底對安徽省的經(jīng)濟增長有沒有影響，影響有多大，如何在國家宏觀政策的大背景下，進一步發(fā)展和完善安徽省的上市公司，以促使其不斷推動安徽省經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，就是一個值得我們思考和研究的課題。因此本文以上市公司對安徽省經(jīng)濟增長的影響為研究對象，分析當(dāng)前安徽省上市公司和經(jīng)濟的現(xiàn)狀和特點，對于促進安徽省經(jīng)濟增長和制訂促進地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長的戰(zhàn)略具有重要的政策意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文采用了理論與實際相結(jié)合、實證分析與規(guī)范分析相結(jié)合的研究方法。在總結(jié)和回顧了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的關(guān)于上市公司發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟增長相互關(guān)系的研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對上市公司對于經(jīng)濟增長的作用進行理論概述，分析了上市公司的功能，促進經(jīng)濟增長的路徑和方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上，分析了安徽省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟和上市公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及特點，并提出問題：安徽省上市公司的發(fā)展是否對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長有影響。選擇凈資產(chǎn)收益率作為上市公司發(fā)展指標(biāo)，GDP作為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長指標(biāo)，通過對2003年到2012年面板數(shù)據(jù)進行單位根檢驗、協(xié)整檢驗等計量經(jīng)濟學(xué)手段對這一問題進行實證檢驗，檢驗結(jié)果表明，安徽省三個地區(qū)的上市公司對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長都有促進作用，但是作用大小不同。在此基礎(chǔ)上又對安徽省上市公司影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長的程度有多大，各個地區(qū)之間上市公司的發(fā)展對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長的影響是否有不同這個問題進行了探究，得出了不同城市不同行業(yè)的上市公司對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟影響的強弱有很大不同的結(jié)果。為此，本文分析了這一結(jié)果產(chǎn)生的原因，進而提出相應(yīng)的政策建議，力圖通過促進上市公司的發(fā)展促進安徽省經(jīng)濟增長。 本文在以往研究的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)安徽省的特點進行研究。在研究角度上，本文突出對安徽省的實際情況進行分析，以往研究上市公司和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系時，，大多是在全國的層面上，而很少有從區(qū)域的角度去研究兩者的關(guān)系，從省際角度，對安徽省而言更有實際意義。在研究方法上，本文采用的是面板數(shù)據(jù)模型，而不是以往研究多采用的VAR模型，能夠更好的反映一段時期內(nèi)區(qū)域的差異情況。
[Abstract]:From 1984 China's first listed company audio was founded nearly thirty years, China's listed company has experienced from small to large scale turn the world upside down development, listed companies involved in the industry are increasing. The listed company plays a more and more important role in China's economic system, it also caused the scholars the attention and study the impact on economic growth.
Previous studies mainly in the national level, for the less empirical analysis about the relationship between economic growth of listed companies and regions. Anhui province geographical location in the most developed region in East China Chinese economy, economy belongs to economic zone in the middle east ministry Chinese. Anhui province is an important agricultural production, energy. The raw materials and processing manufacturing base, automobile, machinery, household appliances, electronics, chemical industry, agricultural products processing industry occupies an important position in the country. Anhui Province, connecting Eastern and central in the geographical position, the characteristic of economic development also has characteristics of both the eastern and central Anhui Province, internal and geographical factors influence for the north, middle and south, the regional economic characteristics, so the listed companies in Anhui province regional economic growth research has certain practical significance. The listed companies in Anhui province by the end Economic growth has no effect, the impact, how in the background of macro policy, further development and improvement of Listed Companies in Anhui Province, in order to encourage them to continue to promote economic development in Anhui Province, is a worthy of our thinking and research. Therefore, this paper takes listed companies influence on economic growth of Anhui Province as the research object, analyzed the current situation and characteristics of the listed companies in Anhui province and the economy, to promote a policy and practical significance to the economic growth of Anhui province and promote the development of regional economic growth strategy.
This paper uses a combination of theory and practice, the research methods of empirical analysis and normative analysis. It summarizes and reviews the basic research on the relationship between the development of listed companies and the economic growth of the existing home and abroad, the listed companies to the role of economic growth in theory, analysis of the listed company's function. The path and method to promote economic growth. Based on the analysis of development status and characteristics of the regional economy in Anhui province and listed companies, and put forward the problems: the development of the listed companies in Anhui province have effect on regional economic growth. The rate of return on net assets as the development index of listed companies, GDP as a regional economic growth index of through the unit root test panel data for 2003 to 2012, the cointegration test and other econometric methods on this problem empirical test, test results show that, Anhui Three regions of listed companies have a positive impact on regional economic growth, but the effect of different sizes. On the basis of the listed companies in Anhui province regional economic growth to the extent, the development of various regions between the listed company's influence on regional economic growth are different in this issue of the inquiry, the impact on the regional economic city of the listed companies of different industries in different intensity has a great different results. Therefore, this paper analyzes the causes of the results, and then put forward the corresponding policy recommendations, tries to promote the development of listed companies to promote economic growth in Anhui province.
Based on the previous studies, studied according to the characteristics of Anhui province. In the research perspective, this paper highlights the actual situation of Anhui province to analyze the relationship between the previous research, the listed company and the regional economic growth, mostly at the national level, and there is little relationship to research both from the regional perspective from the point of view, provincial, Anhui province has more practical significance. In research methods, this paper uses a panel data model, rather than the use of the VAR model can better reflect a period of regional differences.
