【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程明顯加快,粵魯蘇浙滬五省市作為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的領(lǐng)跑者,彼此之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。與此同時(shí),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中各種不協(xié)調(diào)的特征逐漸凸顯,有必要對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力與發(fā)展?jié)摿M(jìn)行評(píng)估。綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力是經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要標(biāo)志之一,也是區(qū)域發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),本文擬從經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模、經(jīng)濟(jì)質(zhì)量、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行效率、經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力、經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新能力、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?jié)摿σ约傲鶄�(gè)方面闡釋其內(nèi)涵。通過建立綜合指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)廣東省經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展變化趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,并與魯、蘇、浙、滬四地區(qū)進(jìn)行比較;主要運(yùn)用層次分析法、熵值法、基于AHP的TOPSIS方法、基于熵權(quán)的TOPSIS方法以及模糊Borda法計(jì)算五省市的綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力指數(shù),并通過相對(duì)有效性分析,從信度、相似度、離散度三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較,最終選擇基于AHP的TOPSIS方法。由綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),2013年廣東省綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力指標(biāo)排名第二,僅次于上海,與第二次經(jīng)濟(jì)普查時(shí)相比綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力總體來說有了一定程度的提升,其中,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)模實(shí)力和影響力指數(shù)表現(xiàn)較好,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新能力有待提高,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量實(shí)力和運(yùn)行效率指數(shù)表現(xiàn)一般,得分及增速排名均靠后,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?jié)摿χ笖?shù)表現(xiàn)最差,排名降至第四名。最后,本文針對(duì)廣東省綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力發(fā)展中存在的問題進(jìn)行了六個(gè)方面的剖析,并提出若干對(duì)策建議,為廣東省全面提高經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力和潛力、確保競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)提供相關(guān)參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the process of economic globalization has been accelerated obviously. As the leaders of China's economic development, the five provinces and cities of Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai are increasingly competitive with each other. At the same time, the discordant characteristics of economic development are gradually highlighted. It is necessary to evaluate the economic strength and development potential. The comprehensive economic strength is one of the important symbols of economic competitiveness and the basis of regional development. Through the establishment of comprehensive index evaluation system, this paper analyzes the present economic situation and development trend of Guangdong Province, and compares it with the four regions of Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. This paper mainly uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP), entropy method, TOPSIS method based on AHP, TOPSIS method based on entropy weight and fuzzy Borda method to calculate the comprehensive economic strength index of five provinces and cities. By comparing the three aspects of dispersion, we choose the TOPSIS method based on AHP. According to the comprehensive evaluation results, in 2013 Guangdong Province ranked second in the comprehensive economic strength index, second only to Shanghai. Compared with the second economic census, the comprehensive economic strength has improved to a certain extent. Among them, the scale strength and influence index of economic development are better, and the innovation ability of economic development needs to be improved. The index of economic development quality strength and operational efficiency is average, with scores and growth rates both lagging behind, and the economic development potential index performs the worst, falling to 4th. Finally, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of Guangdong province's comprehensive economic strength from six aspects, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to provide relevant references for Guangdong Province to improve its economic strength and potential in an all-round way and to ensure its competitive advantage.
