【摘要】：當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)對(duì)"一帶一路"建設(shè)關(guān)于對(duì)外拓展方面的研究主要集中于宏觀戰(zhàn)略、"走出去"和"走進(jìn)去"等方面。目前,"一帶一路"建設(shè)呈在沿線地區(qū)投資尚處起步階段、尚未形成戰(zhàn)略性格局、投資成功率有待提高和一定程度上助推調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)等特點(diǎn)。"一帶一路"建設(shè)在對(duì)外拓展總體格局方面,必須定位于"走出去、扎進(jìn)去、連起來(lái)、調(diào)上去、撐得開(kāi)"的所謂"十五字"戰(zhàn)略思路。"一帶一路"對(duì)外拓展總體格局的構(gòu)建,必須進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)謀劃、發(fā)揮大企業(yè)的龍頭作用、充分利用廣泛的華僑資源。此外,"一帶一路"建設(shè)還必須高度重視并促進(jìn)與歐美經(jīng)貿(mào)合作等。
[Abstract]:The current academic literature on the construction of "Belt and Road" mainly focuses on the macro-strategy, "going out" and "going in". At present, the research focuses on the macro strategy, "going out" and "going in" and so on. The construction of "Belt and Road" is still in the initial stage of investment in the areas along the route, but has not yet formed a strategic pattern. The success rate of investment needs to be improved and to some extent help to adjust the characteristics of industrial transformation and upgrading. "Belt and Road" construction in the external development of the overall pattern, it must be positioned to "go out, go in, link up." The so-called "15 words" strategic thinking. "Belt and Road" external development of the overall pattern of construction, must be systematic planning, play the leading role of large enterprises. In addition, the construction of Belt and Road must attach great importance to and promote economic and trade cooperation with Europe and the United States.
