【摘要】：發(fā)展是全球共同關注的一個主題,而經(jīng)濟增長則是發(fā)展的前提。經(jīng)濟學理論認為,影響一個國家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長的因素一般為外生增長因素和內(nèi)生增長因素。本文的目的就是對影響經(jīng)濟增長的內(nèi)生因素一人力資本進行分析。 改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)歷了一個經(jīng)濟高速增長的時期。但與此同時,不同地區(qū)之間的經(jīng)濟存在著明顯的差異,尤其是東西部地區(qū)資源優(yōu)勢與經(jīng)濟增長優(yōu)勢之間的不一致性。陜西省擁有眾多的高校和科研機構,人力資本存量較大,但是由于種種原因,陜西省經(jīng)濟增長水平明顯落后于東部地區(qū)省市。 本文首先對人力資本與內(nèi)生經(jīng)濟增長等相關理論進行了總結,從理論上闡述了人力資本在經(jīng)濟增長中的重要作用。然后對陜西省人力資本以及物質(zhì)資本現(xiàn)狀進行了統(tǒng)計與分析,之后論述了人力資本以及物質(zhì)資本對陜西省經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻率問題,同時分析了人力資本對陜西省經(jīng)濟增長的促進作用沒有充分體現(xiàn)出來的原因,結果表明：人力資本和陜西省的經(jīng)濟增長存在相關關系,但人力資本對經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻還有很大潛力,陜西經(jīng)濟進行著粗放式的增長。最后給出對策建議：為了實現(xiàn)陜西省經(jīng)濟快速增長,應該加強各層次教育、職業(yè)技能培訓等的投資,從而提高人力資本整體水平；應該建立人力資本激勵機制,并合理配置人力資本；實現(xiàn)人力資本與物質(zhì)資本投資平衡發(fā)展,同時進行體制改革來適應人力資本的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Development is a common theme of global concern, and economic growth is the premise of development. The factors influencing the economic growth of a country or region are generally exogenous growth factors and endogenous growth factors. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the human capital, an endogenous factor affecting economic growth. Since the reform and opening up, China has experienced a period of rapid economic growth, but at the same time, there are obvious differences between different regions of the economy. Especially the inconsistency between the advantage of resources and economic growth in the eastern and western regions. Shaanxi Province has a large number of institutions of higher learning and scientific research, but the stock of human capital is large, but due to a variety of reasons. Shaanxi Province's economic growth level obviously lags behind the eastern provinces and cities. This paper first summarizes the related theories of human capital and endogenous economic growth. This paper theoretically expounds the important role of human capital in economic growth, and then makes statistics and analysis on the present situation of human capital and material capital in Shaanxi Province. Then it discusses the contribution rate of human capital and material capital to the economic growth of Shaanxi Province, and analyzes the reasons why the role of human capital in promoting economic growth in Shaanxi Province is not fully reflected. The results show that there is a correlation between human capital and economic growth in Shaanxi Province, but the contribution of human capital to economic growth has great potential. In order to realize the rapid economic growth of Shaanxi Province, we should strengthen the investment of education and vocational skills training at all levels. In order to improve the overall level of human capital; The incentive mechanism of human capital should be established and human capital should be allocated reasonably. To achieve balanced development of human capital and material capital investment, and carry out system reform to adapt to the development of human capital.
