【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化程度的加深,對外直接投資對我國資本"走出去"的影響越來越大。而目前,國際市場的競爭傾向于表現(xiàn)在國家的制度比較優(yōu)勢。本文基于Kogu和Singh(1988)的研究,運(yùn)Kogut和Singh指數(shù)(Kogut and Singh Index)來計(jì)算中國與東南亞國家間的制度距離,選擇政治制度、經(jīng)濟(jì)制度、法律制度、文化及心理五個方面的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行制度距離的測算[1],比較研究中國與東南亞國家制度距離。實(shí)證分析表明,泰國、越南和老撾制度距離較近,相對比較適合直接投資,并且中國企業(yè)更適合在這三個國家進(jìn)行綠地投資。而新加坡、東帝汶、文萊和馬來西亞這四個國家制度距離則較遠(yuǎn)。在投資中,中國企業(yè)應(yīng)更多考慮并購,合資或合資中少數(shù)股權(quán)等方式。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, foreign direct investment (FDI) has more and more influence on the "going out" of Chinese capital. The competitive tendency of the international market is manifested in the comparative advantage of national institutions. This paper is based on the research of Kogu and Singher 1988). To calculate the institutional distance between China and Southeast Asian countries and choose political system and economic system by using Kogut and Singh index (Kogut and Singh Index). The Index of legal system, Culture and Psychology to measure the distance of system. [1. Comparative study on the institutional distance between China and Southeast Asian countries. The empirical analysis shows that Thailand, Vietnam and Laos are closer to each other and are more suitable for direct investment. And Chinese companies are more suitable for greenfield investment in these three countries. Singapore, East Timor, Brunei and Malaysia are four countries far apart. In the investment, Chinese enterprises should consider more mergers and acquisitions. Joint venture or joint venture in minority equity and other ways.
