【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展，對(duì)外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長問題越來越受到廣大學(xué)術(shù)界和政府部門所關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題，特別是對(duì)外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系成為了當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)界研究的前沿問題。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)集群化的發(fā)展，對(duì)外貿(mào)易與外商直接投資成為了加強(qiáng)國際經(jīng)濟(jì)交往，，加強(qiáng)國際分工的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)。因此，外商直接投資的流入與對(duì)外貿(mào)易在不斷擴(kuò)大的同時(shí)，對(duì)加快國家、地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長起到了重要的影響。發(fā)展中國家往往積極發(fā)展外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)，擴(kuò)大對(duì)外貿(mào)易，由此帶來的外商直接投資能有力地促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和提高國家的資本流動(dòng)、彌補(bǔ)國內(nèi)資金的不足，吸收外資帶來新的技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 越南1986年革新開放，政府積極融入世界經(jīng)濟(jì)體系以及部署好迎合經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大趨勢(shì)，自革新開放以來，國家致力發(fā)展對(duì)外貿(mào)易、不斷加大吸引外商的投資，積極推行外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)模式。經(jīng)過數(shù)十年的努力，目前，越南已成為了亞洲最具優(yōu)勢(shì)的外商直接投資目的國之一，投資國別日益豐富，投資產(chǎn)業(yè)日益多樣化。因此，研究對(duì)外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系，有利于在新形勢(shì)下實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)外開放與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的良性互動(dòng)，具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 在不同的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下，對(duì)外貿(mào)易和外商直接投資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的促進(jìn)作用也有所不同。本文系統(tǒng)的闡述了越南對(duì)外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的研究現(xiàn)狀及其問題所存在的問題，基于對(duì)外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)述評(píng)的基礎(chǔ)上，介紹了越南對(duì)外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，利用1991——2012年時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)分析越南對(duì)外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)，采用理論分析與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合，建立計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型的方法。并基于單證檢驗(yàn)、協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)和格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)對(duì)越南對(duì)外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，具有一定的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示，越南對(duì)外貿(mào)易、外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)關(guān)系；對(duì)外貿(mào)易與外商直接投資對(duì)越南經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有明顯的推動(dòng)作用。最后根據(jù)實(shí)證分析得出的相關(guān)結(jié)果，提出相應(yīng)的建議和對(duì)策，對(duì)越南對(duì)外貿(mào)易的改善及利用外商直接投資促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, foreign trade, foreign direct investment and economic growth are more and more concerned by the academic community and government departments, especially foreign trade. The relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and economic growth has become the frontier of academic research. With the development of economic globalization and regional economic cluster. Foreign trade and foreign direct investment have become important economic activities to strengthen international economic exchanges and strengthen international division of labor. Regional economic growth has played an important role. Developing countries often actively develop export-oriented economies and expand foreign trade. The resulting foreign direct investment can promote economic growth and improve the capital flow of the country, make up for the shortage of domestic capital, and absorb foreign capital to bring new technological management experience. In 1986, Vietnam innovated and opened, the government actively integrated into the world economic system and arranged to meet the general trend of economic globalization. Since the reform and opening up, the country has devoted itself to the development of foreign trade. Through decades of efforts, Vietnam has become one of the most advantageous foreign direct investment destination countries in Asia, with increasingly rich investment countries. Therefore, the study of the relationship between foreign trade, foreign direct investment and economic growth is conducive to realizing the positive interaction between opening up and economic growth in the new situation. It has important theoretical value and practical significance. Under different economic conditions, foreign trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) have different effects on economic growth. Foreign direct investment and economic growth research status and existing problems, based on foreign trade, foreign direct investment and economic growth on the basis of literature review, introduced Vietnam's foreign trade. The present situation of foreign direct investment and economic growth, using the time series data from 1991 to 2012 to analyze Vietnam's foreign trade, foreign direct investment and economic effects. Using the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper establishes the method of econometric model, and based on document test, cointegration test and Granger causality test to Vietnam's foreign trade. The empirical analysis of foreign direct investment and economic growth data has certain theoretical value and practical significance. The empirical results show that Vietnam's foreign trade. There is a positive correlation between FDI and economic growth. Foreign trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) play a significant role in promoting Vietnam's economic growth. Finally, according to the empirical analysis of the relevant results, the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward. The improvement of Vietnam's foreign trade and the development strategy of using foreign direct investment to promote economic growth.
