【摘要】：中國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要以中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學來指導,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展理論包含在中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學之中。隨著中國告別低收入發(fā)展階段進入中等收入發(fā)展階段,發(fā)展理論出現(xiàn)一系列的創(chuàng)新。相應(yīng)地,要根據(jù)新發(fā)展理念改變傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀,其中包括:發(fā)展任務(wù)由擺脫貧困轉(zhuǎn)向富裕人民;發(fā)展引擎由外需轉(zhuǎn)向內(nèi)需;拉動增長的三駕馬車中的主拉動力由投資轉(zhuǎn)向消費;釋放活力的改革著力點由需求側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)向供給側(cè);經(jīng)濟增長所追求的原則由效率型轉(zhuǎn)向包容型;經(jīng)濟發(fā)展路徑由依靠物質(zhì)資源投入轉(zhuǎn)向創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動;經(jīng)濟發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略由不平衡戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)向平衡戰(zhàn)略;二元結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)代化路徑由非農(nóng)帶動"三農(nóng)"轉(zhuǎn)向直面"三農(nóng)"發(fā)展;中國在全球經(jīng)濟中的地位由以比較優(yōu)勢融入全球化轉(zhuǎn)向以競爭優(yōu)勢主導全球化。
[Abstract]:China's economic development needs to be guided by the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The theory of economic development is contained in the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics. We should change the traditional concept of economic development according to the new concept of development, including: the task of development from getting rid of poverty to rich people; Development engine from external demand to domestic demand; The main driving force in the troika driving growth has shifted from investment to consumption; The key point of the reform to release vitality is from the demand side to the supply side; The principle pursued by economic growth has changed from efficiency type to inclusive type; The path of economic development from relying on the input of material resources to innovation driven; The economic development strategy changes from unbalanced strategy to balanced strategy; The path of dual structure modernization is from non-agriculture to "agriculture, countryside and farmers" to facing the development of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". China's position in the global economy has changed from integration of comparative advantage into globalization to dominance of globalization by competitive advantage.
