【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議提出后,相關學術研究進展很快,成果數(shù)量和質量都有積極變化。但學術研究亦存在不少問題,主要包括:"一帶一路"的定位、地理范疇和內涵不明確;微觀研究、基礎研究、中長期前瞻性研究、獨立研究、創(chuàng)新研究、批判性研究和合作性研究較少;過分強調辯證法和全面性;學術研究尚存在很多空白點;頂層設計和統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調有待加強。"一帶一路"宜明確定位、地理范疇和內涵,基礎研究與應用研究并重,宏觀研究與微觀研究并重,加強前瞻性研究,鼓勵合作研究和創(chuàng)新研究,加強頂層設計和統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調,引導地方發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢開展務實合作研究,落實好習近平總書記在哲學社會科學工作座談會上的講話,正確區(qū)分學術問題和政治問題,不斷提高科研人員的學術水平,逐步完善科研管理體制和科研成果評價機制。
[Abstract]:Since the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward, the relevant academic research has made rapid progress, and the quantity and quality of the results have changed positively. However, there are still many problems in academic research, including: the positioning of Belt and Road. The geographical category and connotation are not clear; Micro research, basic research, long-term prospective research, independent research, innovation research, critical research and cooperative research are few. Overemphasize dialectics and comprehensiveness; There are still many blank spots in academic research. The top-level design and overall coordination need to be strengthened. "Belt and Road" should clearly define the location, geographical category and connotation, basic research and applied research, macro and micro research, and strengthen forward-looking research. We should encourage cooperative and innovative research, strengthen top-level design and overall coordination, guide localities to give full play to their advantages and carry out practical and cooperative research, and implement well General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the forum on philosophy and social science work. It is necessary to correctly distinguish academic and political issues, constantly improve the academic level of scientific research personnel, and gradually improve the scientific research management system and the evaluation mechanism of scientific research achievements.
