【摘要】：以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央從我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài)的實際出發(fā),提出了從生產(chǎn)端入手,以提高社會生產(chǎn)力水平為目的、以調(diào)整宏觀經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)為主攻方向、以深化企業(yè)改革為根本途徑的供給側(cè)改革政策體系。供給側(cè)改革理論是以馬克思主義經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),并根據(jù)我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài)而進行的理論發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新。我國推進供給側(cè)改革的根本制度基礎(chǔ)是以公有制為主體的中國特色社會主義基本經(jīng)濟制度。
[Abstract]:Taking Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, the Party Central Committee, proceeding from the reality of the new normal of China's economic development, puts forward the following points: starting from the production end, aiming at improving the level of social productive forces, and taking the adjustment of the macroeconomic structure as the main direction of attack. The supply-side reform policy system is based on the Marxist economic theory. According to the theoretical development and innovation of the new normal of China's economic development, the fundamental institutional basis of China's supply-side reform is the basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics with public ownership as the main body.
