【摘要】：文章選取截至2014年末838家中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資境內(nèi)主體設(shè)立的994家境外企業(yè)為樣本,以反映東道國(guó)的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)以及制度因素為主要考察變量,并綜合考慮東道國(guó)與中國(guó)的地理距離和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易、東道國(guó)通訊能力等因素,選擇12個(gè)自變量,運(yùn)用條件Logit模型對(duì)中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資區(qū)位選擇的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,揭示了影響中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)和營(yíng)運(yùn)環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)外直接投資區(qū)位分布的因素異同。研究結(jié)果表明:東道國(guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)自然資源和市場(chǎng)規(guī)模及潛力均對(duì)吸引中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)投資具有很大的影響;東道國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和法律制度的質(zhì)量對(duì)中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)其投資決策具有顯著正向作用,而政治制度質(zhì)量則表現(xiàn)出顯著的負(fù)效應(yīng);東道國(guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)外資開放度、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易依賴度、通訊能力以及與中國(guó)的地理距離等對(duì)中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)其投資也有著重要影響;中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)和營(yíng)運(yùn)環(huán)節(jié)的區(qū)位分布既有共性影響因素,也有差異因素。
[Abstract]:This paper selects 994 overseas enterprises by the end of 2014 838 Chinese agricultural foreign direct investment within the body set up as a sample, to reflect the geographical advantages and institutional factors of the host country as the main study variables, and considering the host country and China geographic distance and agricultural products trade, host communication ability and other factors, select 12 variables, using the the conditional Logit model to analyze the factors influencing China agricultural foreign direct investment location choice, reveals the impact of agricultural production and operation between China link of foreign direct investment location factors. The research results show that: the host of the agricultural natural resources and the market scale and potential has a great influence on attracting investment in agriculture Chinese; quality of the economy of the host country and the legal system has significant positive effect on Chinese agriculture in their investment decision-making, and political quality is Showed a significant negative effect; a host of agricultural foreign capital openness, the dependence on the trade of agricultural products, communication ability and Chinese geographical distance also has an important impact on the agricultural investment China; in the process of production and operation of agricultural foreign direct investment China distribution has both common factors, also have different factors.
