【摘要】：在分析中國對外直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以O(shè)FDI逆向技術(shù)溢出效應為出發(fā)點,研究中國對外直接投資促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的機理后發(fā)現(xiàn):中國各行業(yè)的OFDI確實存在逆向技術(shù)溢出效應,但技術(shù)溢出效率較低;各行業(yè)本身的技術(shù)密集度是OFDI逆向技術(shù)溢出產(chǎn)生并促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的關(guān)鍵因素;充分發(fā)揮OFDI逆向技術(shù)溢出效應,促進國內(nèi)各行業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,是實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of China's foreign direct investment and industrial structure, the reverse technology spillover effect of OFDI is taken as the starting point. After studying the mechanism of China's foreign direct investment (OFDI) promoting the upgrading of industrial structure, it is found that China's OFDI does exist reverse technology spillover effect, but the efficiency of technology spillover is low; The technological intensity of each industry itself is the key factor to produce OFDI reverse technology spillover and promote the upgrading of industrial structure. It is an effective way to realize the upgrading of industrial structure by giving full play to the spillover effect of OFDI reverse technology and promoting the technological innovation of various industries in China.
