【摘要】：改革開放以來，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展，取得了意想不到的成果。中國作為一個(gè)發(fā)展中國家，趕超了許多發(fā)達(dá)國家躍居世界國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值排名表上第二的位置。這都是源于中國的對外開放。對外開放意味著中國要打開大門，鼓勵(lì)并歡迎世界各地的人前來中國進(jìn)行投資。由于當(dāng)時(shí)中國生產(chǎn)力較低，勞動成本也相比發(fā)達(dá)國家要低很多，因此，外商投資者為了躲避國內(nèi)高昂的勞動力成本，都紛紛來中國投資設(shè)廠，從而獲得更大的利潤。而中國有了外商的投資，為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)注入了新鮮的血液，使中國經(jīng)濟(jì)活躍起來并快速發(fā)展。隨著國際分工不斷細(xì)化，經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化更是必然趨勢，而對外開放在一個(gè)國家或者地區(qū)中起到越來越重要的作用。只有不斷深入改革，提高對外開放水平，才能趕上世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大浪潮。 河北省作為一個(gè)工業(yè)大省，并擁有得天獨(dú)厚的地理優(yōu)勢，吸引了不少外商投資者。自中國對外開放以來，河北省外商投資規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，對河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。河北省外商投資從數(shù)量到質(zhì)量、從粗獷式發(fā)展到逐漸細(xì)致化發(fā)展、從對第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資到對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資，無一不顯示了河北省在利用外資過程中的不斷進(jìn)步和不斷成熟。然而，對于外商直接投資與河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的相互關(guān)系，很多學(xué)者仍持有懷疑態(tài)度。對此，本文在借鑒其他學(xué)者對于外商直接投資與中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的研究以及對外商直接投資與地方經(jīng)濟(jì)增長關(guān)系的研究，，來探討外商直接投資對河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響。 首先，本文在了解河北省利用外資情況的基礎(chǔ)上，通過定性和定量分析，研究河北省外商直接投資和地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值的關(guān)系。通過協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ�，證明外商直接投資與河北省地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值存在長期穩(wěn)定的關(guān)系，而格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ捅砻髟谝欢ǖ臏笃谙�，外商直接投資與河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長存在因果關(guān)系。然后，在它們存在相互關(guān)系的前提下，分析河北省在利用外商直接投資中存在的問題。最后，根據(jù)這些問題提出相應(yīng)的政策建議，幫助河北省提高外商直接投資水平，促進(jìn)河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly and achieved unexpected results. China is a developing country. It has surpassed many developed countries in ranking second on the world's GDP list. This is due to China's opening to the outside world. Opening to the outside world means that China has to open its door to the outside world. Encourage and welcome people from all over the world to come to China to invest. Because of the low productivity and lower labor cost of China compared with the developed countries at that time, therefore. In order to avoid the high labor costs in China, foreign investors have come to China to invest and set up factories in order to make greater profits. And the foreign investment in China has injected fresh blood into the Chinese economy. As the international division of labor continues to refine, economic globalization is an inevitable trend. The opening to the outside world plays a more and more important role in a country or region. Only by deepening reform and raising the level of opening to the outside world can we catch up with the tide of world economic development. As a big industrial province, Hebei Province has unique geographical advantages and attracts many foreign investors. Since China's opening to the outside world, the scale of foreign investment in Hebei Province has been expanding. Foreign investment in Hebei Province from quantity to quality, from rough development to gradual and meticulous development, from investment in the secondary industry to investment in the tertiary industry. All of them show the continuous progress and maturity in the process of utilizing foreign capital in Hebei Province. However, many scholars are still sceptical about the relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth in Hebei Province. This paper draws lessons from other scholars' research on the relationship between FDI and Chinese economic growth and the relationship between FDI and local economic growth. To explore the impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth in Hebei Province. First of all, on the basis of understanding the situation of foreign capital utilization in Hebei Province, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper studies the relationship between foreign direct investment and regional gross domestic product in Hebei Province. It is proved that there is a long-term stable relationship between FDI and GDP in Hebei province, while Granger causality test model shows that there is a certain lag period. There is a causal relationship between FDI and economic growth in Hebei Province. Then, under the premise of their mutual relationship, the problems in utilizing FDI in Hebei Province are analyzed. Finally. According to these problems, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions to help Hebei Province improve the level of foreign direct investment and promote the economic growth of Hebei Province.
