【摘要】："天生對外直接投資"企業(yè)指的是成立短期內進行對外直接投資的企業(yè),這類企業(yè)與其他對外直接投資企業(yè)相比具有較大的差別,本文以成立3年為標準對其進行界定并展開實證研究。在匹配《境外投資企業(yè)(機構)名錄》和《中國工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫》構建微觀數(shù)據(jù)庫的基礎上,本文使用二值選擇模型進行回歸,結果表明:在內部因素中,就業(yè)和資產規(guī)模較小、管理效率更高的企業(yè)有更大的傾向成為"天生對外直接投資"企業(yè);在區(qū)位因素中,對勞動成本較低及風險較低東道國進行投資的企業(yè)有更大的傾向成為"天生對外直接投資"企業(yè)。此外,按外部條件和內部條件差異性進行的分組回歸也表明"天生對外直接投資"企業(yè)具有類似的影響因素,驗證了本文回歸結果的穩(wěn)健性。
[Abstract]:"Natural foreign direct investment" refers to the establishment of short-term foreign direct investment enterprises, this kind of enterprises and other foreign direct investment enterprises have greater differences. In this paper, the establishment of three years as the standard to define and carry out empirical research, on the basis of matching the "Directory of Foreign Investment Enterprises (institutions)" and "China Industrial Enterprise Database" to build a micro-database. In this paper, the binary selection model is used to regression. The results show that: among the internal factors, the enterprises with smaller employment and assets scale and higher management efficiency tend to be "natural foreign direct investment" enterprises; Among locational factors, firms that invest in host countries with lower labour costs and lower risks tend to become "natural OFDI" firms. According to the difference of external and internal conditions, the grouping regression also shows that "natural foreign direct investment" enterprises have similar influence factors, which verifies the robustness of the regression results in this paper.
