【摘要】：20世紀(jì)末開(kāi)始,旅游業(yè)在世界范圍內(nèi)快速發(fā)展,對(duì)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生極其深遠(yuǎn)的影響，受到學(xué)術(shù)界的廣泛關(guān)注。據(jù)世界旅游理事會(huì)(WTTC)公布的研究報(bào)告稱(chēng),旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的增加值對(duì)全球GDP的貢獻(xiàn)已經(jīng)居于首位,成為世界第一大產(chǎn)業(yè)。 山東省自古以來(lái)都是中國(guó)的一個(gè)大省，具有深厚的歷史文化積淀，旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較其他地區(qū)更加迅速。青島作為山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)的龍頭城市，與國(guó)內(nèi)其他沿海城市相比,具有獨(dú)特的海洋資源優(yōu)勢(shì)。2013年是青島發(fā)展藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)，，青島市委市政府高度重視這一發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，與其相關(guān)的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)也由此得到了快速發(fā)展。本文首先闡明和界定相關(guān)概念及范圍，進(jìn)一步明確旅游對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響分析工具常用的有乘數(shù)分析方法、投入產(chǎn)出分析方法、旅游衛(wèi)星賬戶方法等。從而為進(jìn)一步定量分析打下理論基礎(chǔ)。 本文在前人的研究范例基礎(chǔ)上,采用SWOT法對(duì)青島市發(fā)展藍(lán)色旅游業(yè)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，論述了新形勢(shì)下青島發(fā)展藍(lán)色旅游業(yè)面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),并初步分析了青島近年來(lái)的旅游發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。在本文第四章重點(diǎn)部分先分析旅游和經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系，旅游業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響的途徑和渠道，從而為下一步研究經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)提供理論依據(jù)。本文充分利用搜集到的山東省和青島市相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)青島藍(lán)色旅游對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了試探性的研究。分別運(yùn)用定性、定量、縱橫比較等不同的分析方法測(cè)算旅游業(yè)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。通過(guò)分析得出結(jié)論,針對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題從政府角度、宏觀微觀角度提出了具體措施。
[Abstract]:Since the end of 20th century, tourism has developed rapidly in the world, which has a profound impact on the international economy. According to a research report released by the World Tourism Council, the added value of the tourism economy has become the world's largest industry and the largest contributor to global GDP. Shandong Province has been a large province of China since ancient times, with profound historical and cultural accumulation, tourism industry development is more rapid than other regions. Qingdao is the leading city in the construction of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone. Compared with other coastal cities in China, Qingdao has a unique advantage of marine resources. In 2013, Qingdao is an important time node for the development of blue economy, Qingdao municipal government attaches great importance to this development strategy. The related tourism industry has also developed rapidly. Firstly, this paper clarifies and defines the related concepts and scope, and further clarifies the multiplier analysis method commonly used in the tools of tourism impact analysis on the economy. The input-output analysis method, the tourism satellite account method and so on lay a theoretical foundation for further quantitative analysis. Based on the previous research examples, this paper analyzes the development of blue tourism in Qingdao by using SWOT method, and discusses the opportunities and challenges that Qingdao faces in the development of blue tourism under the new situation. In the 4th chapter of this paper, the relationship between tourism and economy, the ways and channels of tourism impact on economy are analyzed. In order to provide the theoretical basis for the further study of economic effects. This paper makes full use of the collected data of Shandong and Qingdao. This paper makes a tentative study on the effect of Qingdao blue tourism on the economy. It uses different analytical methods, such as qualitative, quantitative, vertical and horizontal comparison, to measure the impact of tourism on the regional economy, and draws a conclusion through the analysis. In view of the problems found from the government perspective, macro-micro-point of view to put forward specific measures.
