【摘要】：國有經(jīng)濟(jì)普遍存在于資本主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)中是有理論依據(jù)的，我國國有經(jīng)濟(jì)存在于社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)中也是有特殊理論依據(jù)的，我國國有經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)越于資本主義國有經(jīng)濟(jì)是因?yàn)槲覈鴩薪?jīng)濟(jì)可以提供惠及全民的利潤。我國國有經(jīng)濟(jì)與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)相結(jié)合是有其必然性的，一是可以增強(qiáng)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的活力并促進(jìn)其發(fā)展，，二是可以充分發(fā)揮公有制占主體地位的制度優(yōu)勢。我國國有經(jīng)濟(jì)與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)合的卓越成就是經(jīng)過歷史檢驗(yàn)的，是為發(fā)達(dá)國家所贊揚(yáng)的，也是為發(fā)展中國家所敬佩的，而之所以說我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)制度是比資本主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)制度更高級、更科學(xué)的市場經(jīng)濟(jì)制度，理論上是因?yàn)樯鐣髁x生產(chǎn)方式與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的結(jié)合立足于社會化大生產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ)之上，這為有效地彌補(bǔ)市場失靈、貫徹國家長期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和我國社會保障體系的建立與完善提供了更可靠的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)保證�？墒钱�(dāng)前新自由主義大行其道，公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)主體地位已經(jīng)動搖，所以在充分認(rèn)清新自由主義的本質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上，恢復(fù)和鞏固以我國國有企業(yè)為主的公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)的主體地位、深化我國國有企業(yè)改革和現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的建立、提高我國國有企業(yè)的國際競爭力才是我國國有經(jīng)濟(jì)與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)更好結(jié)合的改革方向！
[Abstract]:There is a theoretical basis for the existence of state-owned economy in the capitalist market economy, and a special theoretical basis for the existence of the state-owned economy in the socialist market economy in China. China's state-owned economy is superior to capitalist state-owned economy because it can provide profit for the whole people. The combination of state-owned economy and market economy is inevitable. First, it can enhance the vitality of the national economy and promote its development; second, it can give full play to the institutional advantages of public ownership as the main body. The remarkable achievements of combining the state-owned economy with the market economy have been tested by history. It is praised by the developed countries and admired by the developing countries.The reason for this is that our socialist market economy system is more advanced and scientific than the capitalist market economy system. Theoretically, it is because the combination of socialist production mode and market economy is based on socialized mass production, which is an effective remedy for market failure. The implementation of the national long-term development strategy and the establishment and improvement of China's social security system provide a more reliable material basis, but at present neoliberalism is prevailing, and the dominant position of the public sector of the economy has been shaken. Therefore, on the basis of fully recognizing the essence of neoliberalism, we should restore and consolidate the dominant position of the public ownership economy, which is dominated by state-owned enterprises, and deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and the establishment of modern enterprise system. To improve the international competitiveness of state-owned enterprises is the reform direction of the better combination of state-owned economy and market economy.
