【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,無論是新舊行業(yè)自然更替,還是政策作用,都會(huì)影響支持地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng),影響既有正向的,也有負(fù)向的,需通過實(shí)證來檢測產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)對(duì)地區(qū)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生什么樣的影響。采用Churning指數(shù)測量地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整速度,從創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、創(chuàng)業(yè)資源、創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境以及創(chuàng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面研究產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整影響地區(qū)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的機(jī)制和路徑。以廣東省為例,利用各地級(jí)城市2005-2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)GMM模型估計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的快速調(diào)整在短期內(nèi)會(huì)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)帶來一定的沖擊,從而不利于地區(qū)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng),但是長期卻有利于地區(qū)創(chuàng)業(yè)水平的提高。通過區(qū)分產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的城市內(nèi)部和城市之間兩種情況,還發(fā)現(xiàn)這種短期的不利影響主要來自于城市之間的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,相比之下,城市內(nèi)部產(chǎn)業(yè)自我調(diào)整所帶來的沖擊較小,甚至?xí)@著地促進(jìn)地區(qū)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of industrial structure, whether the natural replacement of old and new industries, or the role of policies, will affect the entrepreneurial activities that support regional economic activities, both positive and negative. It is necessary to examine the impact of industrial structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading on regional entrepreneurial activities through empirical analysis. The Churning index is used to measure the dynamic adjustment speed of regional industrial structure from entrepreneurial opportunities. Entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial risks and other aspects of the adjustment of industrial structure affecting the regional entrepreneurial activities mechanism and path. Take Guangdong Province as an example. Use of panel data for each prefecture-level city for 2005-2014. System GMM model is used to estimate the impact of industrial structure adjustment on entrepreneurial activities. The results show that the rapid adjustment of industrial structure will bring a certain impact on the economy and society in the short term. This is not conducive to regional entrepreneurial activities, but in the long run is conducive to the improvement of the level of regional entrepreneurship. It is also found that this short-term adverse effect mainly comes from the adjustment of industrial structure between cities. In contrast, the impact of industrial self-adjustment within the city is relatively small, and even can significantly promote regional entrepreneurial activities.
