【摘要】：本文以國(guó)內(nèi)、外各27家,共54家上市施工企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明施工企業(yè)國(guó)際化程度與企業(yè)績(jī)效之間存在U型曲線關(guān)系;中國(guó)施工企業(yè)績(jī)效低于國(guó)外施工企業(yè);中國(guó)施工企業(yè)抵抗國(guó)際化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力較弱;資本結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)施工企業(yè)績(jī)效有正向影響,而企業(yè)規(guī)模對(duì)施工企業(yè)績(jī)效影響不大。
[Abstract]:The results show that there is a U - shaped curve relationship between the internationalization degree of construction enterprises and the performance of enterprises , and the performance of Chinese construction enterprises is lower than that of foreign construction enterprises ; the ability of Chinese construction enterprises to resist the internationalization risks is weak ; the capital structure has positive impact on the performance of construction enterprises , and the enterprise scale has little impact on the performance of construction enterprises .
