【摘要】：產業(yè)集群的定義指的是在某一特定地區(qū)內的，大批的產業(yè)有著緊密聯(lián)系和有著相關支持的產業(yè)在空間上的匯集的，形成了具有巨大的可持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢的群體。提高產業(yè)的核心競爭力是提高該區(qū)域競爭力的關鍵，而產業(yè)集群是增強區(qū)域內產業(yè)競爭力一種重要產業(yè)組織形式，是促進工業(yè)化的有效動力。近些年來，中國東部的沿海地區(qū)（江蘇、浙江和廣東等地）已經形成了大批產業(yè)集群進而促進了經濟的大力發(fā)展。我國河南省地區(qū)和我國東海沿海地區(qū)相比經濟發(fā)展極其落后和緩慢，特別是區(qū)縣經濟一直是河南省地區(qū)關注的發(fā)展問題。 本文的研究思路是用定性和定量分析法研究河南省延津縣的發(fā)展，根據(jù)對延津縣產業(yè)集群的目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了分析的前提下，針對延津縣發(fā)展產業(yè)集群的有利條件和形成機制，分析了延津縣產業(yè)集群的規(guī)模、特點和分布狀況，根據(jù)該地區(qū)各個產業(yè)集群的具體經濟指標來制定相適宜的發(fā)展對策和方案。作為河南省180多個省級規(guī)范化產業(yè)集群區(qū)之一的延津縣產業(yè)集聚區(qū)，經濟發(fā)展情況十分的迅速，延津縣產業(yè)集群發(fā)展的模式對河南省其他區(qū)縣地區(qū)的經濟發(fā)展具有重要的借鑒意義。 本文分為六大部分：第一部分介紹了產業(yè)集群的意義、研究背景和意義、有關產業(yè)集群的相關理論、國內外研究現(xiàn)狀以及論文研究結構和創(chuàng)新點；第二部分對該區(qū)縣的產業(yè)集群發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和形成過程進行研究，詳細介紹了該地區(qū)產業(yè)集群的規(guī)模與分布狀況、延津縣產業(yè)集群的形成條件、延津縣產業(yè)集群的特征與分類、延津縣產業(yè)集群發(fā)展面對的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)；第三部分主要介紹了產業(yè)集群在延津縣域經濟發(fā)展中的作用；第四部分重點分析和介紹了延津縣產業(yè)集群發(fā)展中存在的問題，，通過分析研究，針對延津縣的基本縣情，找出該縣發(fā)展產業(yè)集群的制約因素；第五部分根據(jù)延津縣目前初具產業(yè)集群存在的制約因素和存在的主要問題，提出解決延津縣產業(yè)集群發(fā)展的對策措施；第六部分主要總結了本文的主要研究內容，并闡述延津縣產業(yè)集群發(fā)展模式成功經驗，以及建設具有自身特色的產業(yè)集群。
[Abstract]:The definition of industrial cluster refers to the spatial convergence of a large number of industries which are closely related to and supported by a certain region. The core competitiveness of the industry is the key to improve the competitiveness of the region, and industrial cluster is an important form of industrial organization to enhance the industrial competitiveness in the region. In recent years, the coastal areas of eastern China (Jiangsu). Zhejiang and Guangdong have formed a large number of industrial clusters to promote the development of the economy. Compared with the coastal areas of the East China Sea Henan Province of China's economic development is extremely backward and slow. In particular, the district and county economy has been the development of Henan Province. The research idea of this paper is to use qualitative and quantitative analysis method to study the development of Yanjin County in Henan Province, based on the analysis of the current development situation of Yanjin County industrial cluster. According to the favorable conditions and forming mechanism of Yanjin county industrial cluster, the paper analyzes the scale, characteristics and distribution of Yanjin county industrial cluster. According to the specific economic indicators of various industrial clusters in this region to formulate appropriate development strategies and programs. As one of more than 180 provincial standardized industrial cluster areas Yanjin County industrial agglomeration area. The situation of economic development is very rapid. The pattern of industrial cluster development in Yanjin County is of great significance to the economic development of other districts and counties in Henan Province. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the significance of industrial clusters, research background and significance, related theories of industrial clusters, domestic and foreign research status, research structure and innovation points; The second part studies the status quo and forming process of the industrial cluster in the county, and introduces the scale and distribution of the industrial cluster in this area, and the forming conditions of the industrial cluster in Yanjin County. The characteristics and classification of industrial clusters in Yanjin County, the opportunities and challenges facing the development of industrial clusters in Yanjin County; The third part mainly introduces the role of industrial cluster in the development of Yanjin county economy. Part 4th focuses on the analysis and introduction of the problems existing in the development of industrial clusters in Yanjin County. Through the analysis and research, we find out the restrictive factors of the development of industrial clusters in Yanjin County in view of the basic county situation of Yanjin County. In 5th, according to the existing restriction factors and main problems of the industrial cluster in Yanjin county, the countermeasures are put forward to solve the development of the industrial cluster in Yanjin county. Part 6th summarizes the main research contents of this paper, and expounds the successful experience of Yanjin county industrial cluster development model and the construction of industrial cluster with its own characteristics.
