【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的當(dāng)下，各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)通過(guò)多種方式迅速融合，國(guó)際間的資本流動(dòng)也日益增強(qiáng)，F(xiàn)DI(即外商直接投資)無(wú)疑已經(jīng)成為國(guó)際資本流動(dòng)的主要方式，對(duì)東道國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響，成為全球范圍內(nèi)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)力量之一。近些年有不少學(xué)者從不同角度研究了FDI的流入與東道國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系，普遍認(rèn)為FDI能夠通過(guò)影響資本形成和諸多其他方面來(lái)促進(jìn)東道國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。鑒于此，發(fā)展中國(guó)家或經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)都十分愿意通過(guò)引入FDI來(lái)促進(jìn)其區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快地發(fā)展。 目前，陜西省以其良好的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、豐富的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)以及巨大的市場(chǎng)潛力吸引了大量的FDI，外商直接投資已經(jīng)成為陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要推動(dòng)力量，對(duì)陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了貢獻(xiàn)。但是，學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)特別是西部地區(qū)利用FDI的相關(guān)研究比較少，陜西省正是位于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)的西部地區(qū)，作為西部的核心省份擁有相對(duì)較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)條件，因此在利用FDI方面具有一定的典型性和代表性。隨著陜西省吸引外商直接投資的不斷發(fā)展深入，面臨的機(jī)遇也不斷增多，，在這種大環(huán)境下，深入了解陜西省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和外商直接投資現(xiàn)狀顯得尤為必要，需要系統(tǒng)地研究二者之間的相互關(guān)系，為陜西省今后如何利用好外資提供一定的支持和幫助。 本文采用理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法，在借鑒諸多相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)之上以陜西省為研究對(duì)象，來(lái)對(duì)FDI對(duì)陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響效應(yīng)進(jìn)行研究。文章首先表明了選題的背景及意義，梳理了關(guān)于FDI和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和基本理論,這也是本文的理論基礎(chǔ)；其次利用陜西省近30年的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，從發(fā)展歷程、投資規(guī)模、投資方式、區(qū)域分布、行業(yè)分布、來(lái)源地等方面來(lái)分析陜西利用FDI的現(xiàn)狀，從而進(jìn)一步對(duì)陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響途徑進(jìn)行剖析，并利用SWOT模型從宏觀層面分析FDI的戰(zhàn)略選擇；最后通過(guò)實(shí)證分析得出FDI對(duì)陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)具有一定的拉動(dòng)作用，并在此基礎(chǔ)之上提出了陜西省合理利用FDI的一些政策建議。
[Abstract]:In the present period of global economic integration, the economies of various countries are rapidly integrated in various ways, and the international capital flows are also increasing day by day. FDI (foreign direct investment) has undoubtedly become the main mode of international capital flow, which has a profound impact on the economic development of the host country. In recent years, many scholars have studied the internal relationship between the inflow of FDI and the economic growth of host country from different angles. It is generally believed that FDI can promote the economic growth of the host country by influencing capital formation and many other aspects. Developing countries or underdeveloped regions are very willing to promote their regional economy through the introduction of FDI. At present, Shaanxi Province with its good infrastructure, rich resource advantages and huge market potential attracted a large number of FDI, foreign direct investment has become an important driving force for economic development in Shaanxi Province. It has contributed to the economic development of Shaanxi Province. However, there are few studies on the use of FDI in the underdeveloped areas, especially in the western regions of China. Shaanxi Province is located in the underdeveloped western region of our country. As the core province of the west, Shaanxi Province has relatively good economic base conditions. Therefore, in the use of FDI has a certain typicality and representativeness. With the continuous development of Shaanxi Province to attract foreign direct investment, opportunities are also increasing, in this kind of environment. It is necessary to understand the level of economic development and the current situation of foreign direct investment in Shaanxi Province, and it is necessary to study the relationship between them systematically. For Shaanxi Province in the future how to make good use of foreign capital to provide certain support and help. This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, and takes Shaanxi Province as the research object on the basis of reference of many related research results. To study the impact of FDI on the economic development of Shaanxi Province. Firstly, the paper shows the background and significance of the topic, combing the relevant literature and basic theory about FDI and economic growth. This is also the theoretical basis of this paper; Secondly, using the statistical data of nearly 30 years in Shaanxi Province, from the development process, investment scale, investment mode, regional distribution, industry distribution, origin and other aspects to analyze the current situation of Shaanxi using FDI. The paper further analyzes the influence ways of economic growth in Shaanxi Province, and analyzes the strategic choice of FDI from the macro level by using SWOT model. Finally, through empirical analysis, it is concluded that FDI has a certain pulling effect on economic growth in Shaanxi Province, and on this basis, some policy suggestions on the rational use of FDI in Shaanxi Province are put forward.
