【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展以及我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放的不斷深化,區(qū)域之間的聯(lián)系也不斷增多,地區(qū)之間經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系的研究逐漸成為地理學(xué)界和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)界的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。與此同時(shí),一個(gè)國(guó)家內(nèi)各地區(qū)單元之間的聯(lián)系也在不斷加強(qiáng),相關(guān)研究也不斷增多。研究的主要區(qū)域包括：城市群與城市群之間、省與省之間以及縣市級(jí)單元之間。研究區(qū)域之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系,探討區(qū)域?qū)ν饨?jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系的主要方向與聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度,有助于認(rèn)識(shí)區(qū)域在較大區(qū)域發(fā)展中的地位和作用,為區(qū)域的合理發(fā)展及功能定位提供理論依據(jù)和決策支持。研究區(qū)域的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系,有助于明確區(qū)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)合作類(lèi)型,從而調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)互補(bǔ),避免產(chǎn)業(yè)的雷同現(xiàn)象。 本文以安徽省為研究對(duì)象,綜合了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)和地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,構(gòu)建測(cè)度區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系的模型與地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的測(cè)度模型,對(duì)安徽省的空間經(jīng)濟(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)量進(jìn)行測(cè)度,結(jié)合交通可達(dá)性模型可得出安徽省及省內(nèi)各城市的主要聯(lián)系方向及與周邊省區(qū)的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系,研究?jī)?nèi)容如下：(1)省際聯(lián)系。安徽省與周邊相鄰省區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系量大小及主要經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系方向的確定,體現(xiàn)在與省會(huì)等主要城市間的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系量的大��；安徽省各地級(jí)市的主要經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系方向及受周邊省區(qū)大城市的輻射程度,由各地級(jí)市與周邊省區(qū)主要城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系量和經(jīng)濟(jì)隸屬度確定；(2)城際聯(lián)系。對(duì)安徽省內(nèi)省會(huì)城市合肥市與其他地級(jí)市之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系量和經(jīng)濟(jì)隸屬度的測(cè)度,從而確定省會(huì)合肥市與省內(nèi)其他地級(jí)市經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系量和經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射能力的大小。(3)安徽省與周邊省區(qū)的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系確定。通過(guò)歐氏距離法對(duì)安徽省與周邊省區(qū)的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系進(jìn)行測(cè)度,并針對(duì)不同的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系提出不同的對(duì)策。最后對(duì)研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析并提出一系列促進(jìn)安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的對(duì)策。通過(guò)本文對(duì)這一課題的研究分析,本文得到以下結(jié)論： (1)通過(guò)對(duì)安徽省與周邊省區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系的分析可知,安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系的基本方向?yàn)橄驏|與長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系。經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系的大小主要體現(xiàn)在中心城市之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系。通過(guò)測(cè)度,安徽與南京市、杭州的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系量最大；從地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的測(cè)度來(lái)說(shuō),安徽與江蘇、浙江具有強(qiáng)互補(bǔ)型和較強(qiáng)互補(bǔ)型。 (2)相鄰省區(qū)大城市對(duì)安徽的經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射呈扇形分布,輻射強(qiáng)度隨距離的增加而遞減。對(duì)安徽省各地級(jí)市與省會(huì)城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系量測(cè)度的結(jié)果來(lái)看,省會(huì)城市對(duì)距離其較近的城市經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射能力較大,故安徽省邊緣城市受相鄰省區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射較大,且輻射的強(qiáng)度隨著距離的增加而遞減。 (3)合肥市作為安徽的省會(huì)城市,中心性突出,經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系量突出,但經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力仍有待提高。從對(duì)各省區(qū)主要城市的實(shí)力分析來(lái)看,安徽省會(huì)合肥市的綜合實(shí)力較弱,與南京、杭州、武漢、鄭州、濟(jì)南等城市的實(shí)力相差較大。從省內(nèi)各地級(jí)市與合肥市的城市經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系量來(lái)看,合肥與安徽省各地級(jí)市的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系量均大于1,對(duì)位于省會(huì)周邊的城市六安、淮南等經(jīng)濟(jì)影響較大,但對(duì)處于安徽省邊緣城市如淮北、毫州、黃山等經(jīng)濟(jì)影響有限。 為促進(jìn)安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,本文針對(duì)研究結(jié)果提出了如下對(duì)策：(1)強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)東向經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系,擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移規(guī)模；(2)加強(qiáng)省域經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系,推動(dòng)區(qū)域聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展；(3)構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代交通網(wǎng)絡(luò),完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)；(4)增強(qiáng)合肥城市經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新能力,凸顯龍頭帶動(dòng)作用。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處主要體現(xiàn)在研究方法和研究?jī)?nèi)容兩方面的創(chuàng)新。首先,在模型方法上,本文對(duì)引力模型進(jìn)行了修正,更全面的考慮到影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系的的要素,與以前的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系測(cè)度方法有很大的不同。其次,在研究?jī)?nèi)容上,本文首次將安徽省這一典型區(qū)域?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,對(duì)其與相鄰省區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系進(jìn)行細(xì)致的研究,這不僅能對(duì)區(qū)域的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定提供相關(guān)參考,也豐富了經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系理論研究的內(nèi)容,具有創(chuàng)新性。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the deepening of reform and opening-up, the regional relationship between increasing economic ties between regions has become a hot research problem of geography and economy field. At the same time, the unit area within a country also continues to strengthen, the related research is increasing. The main area the research includes: between the city group and city group, between province and county and municipal units. Research on economic ties between regions, the main direction of economic contact area and contact strength, contribute to the understanding of the status and role in the larger area in regional development, and provide a theoretical basis and decision support for reasonable development regional and functional orientation. STUDY ON REGIONAL GEO economic relations, to help clear the regional industrial cooperation, so as to adjust the industrial structure, the industrial The complementation of the structure can avoid the same phenomenon of the industry.
This paper takes Anhui Province as the research object, combines the theory of regional economics, economic geography and geo economics, measure model of regional economic measure and geo economic relations, economic space in Anhui province were mainly associated with the direction of contact measurement, traffic accessibility model can be obtained in Anhui province and the province the city and the surrounding provinces of the geo economic relationship, research contents are as follows: (1) inter provincial contact. And determine the main direction of economic contact of economic contact in Anhui province and adjacent provinces of the size of the embodiment of economic contact in the main city and capital between the size of the radiation level; the main direction of economic contact of Anhui province around the city and the surrounding provinces of big city, the economic contact of each prefecture level city and the surrounding provinces of the main city economy and determining the degree of membership; (2) intercity contact Department. To measure the amount of economic ties between Anhui province and the provincial capital city of Hefei city and other cities in the economy and the degree of membership, in order to determine the radiation capacity of the provincial capital of Hefei city and other cities in economic contact and economic size. (3) to determine the economic relations between Anhui province and neighboring provinces of Anhui province to measure. The geo economic relations with neighboring provinces by Euclidean distance method, and put forward different countermeasures according to different regional economic relations. Finally, analyze the results and put forward a series of countermeasures to promote the economic development of Anhui province. Through the research on this subject analysis, this thesis gets the following conclusion:
(1) through the analysis of the economic relationship between Anhui province and neighboring provinces shows that the basic direction of Anhui province economic ties to economic ties to the East and the Yangtze River Delta region. Economic ties mainly reflected in the size of economic ties between the center of the city. Through the measure, Anhui and Nanjing, Hangzhou's largest economic contact from the measure; geo economic relations, Anhui and Jiangsu, Zhejiang has a strong complementary and strong complementary.
(2) fan-shaped distribution of the neighboring provinces of the big city of Anhui economic radiation, the radiation intensity decreases with increasing distance. Economic contact measure of Anhui province around the city and the capital city of the result, the capital city of the distance closer to the city economic radiation ability is big, so the edge of the City by the neighboring Anhui province regional economic radiation is large, and the radiation intensity decreases with the increase of the distance.
(3) in Hefei city as the capital city of Anhui Province, the center of outstanding economic contact is prominent, but economic strength still needs to be improved. From the analysis of the strength of the main city of the provinces of Anhui, the provincial capital of Hefei City, the comprehensive strength is weak, and Nanjing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Ji'nan City, the strength is large. From the province of the city economic ties with the city of Hefei City, Hefei province Anhui economic contact and around the city are more than 1, located around the provincial capital city of Lu'an, Huainan and other economic influence, but on the edge of the City in Anhui province such as Huaibei, Mount Huangshan, Bozhou, limited economic impact.
In order to promote the further development of the economy in Anhui Province, according to the research results put forward the following countermeasures: (1) promoting East economic relations, expand the scale of industrial transfer; (2) strengthen the provincial economic relations, promote regional linkage development; (3) build a modern transportation network, improve the construction of infrastructure; (4) enhancing Hefei city economic innovation, highlighting the leading role.
The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the two aspects of innovative research methods and research contents. Firstly, the methods of model, this paper modifies the gravity model, comprehensively considering the influence factors of regional economic relationship, have very different economic ties with the measure before. Secondly, in the research content in this paper, for the first time in Anhui Province as a typical region as the research object, and its economic ties to the neighboring provinces of the detailed study, which can not only provide reference for regional development strategy, but also enriches the content of economic contact theory, which is innovative.
