【摘要】：隨著上世紀(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，資源與環(huán)境問(wèn)題日漸突出，嚴(yán)重影響了人類的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。這使得人類努力尋求了一種新的發(fā)展模式——可持續(xù)發(fā)展。邢臺(tái)市作為一個(gè)資源型城市，其依靠資源的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式急需改變。本文依據(jù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展基本理論，以邢臺(tái)市為研究對(duì)象，首先運(yùn)用主成分分析對(duì)邢臺(tái)市經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)；其次利用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)模型將邢臺(tái)市與焦作市經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力進(jìn)行比較分析；得出邢臺(tái)市在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，固定資產(chǎn)投入，通信和交通設(shè)施建設(shè)，科教投入，，人才培養(yǎng)，資源利用率及配置等方面還有待于提高。從而更加有針對(duì)性地提出提高邢臺(tái)市經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的途徑。 本文從6個(gè)部分對(duì)邢臺(tái)市經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力進(jìn)行了研究，具體內(nèi)容如下： 第一章：引言。主要介紹了本文的選題依據(jù)、價(jià)值、研究的主要問(wèn)題及研究思路和方法。 第二章：理論基礎(chǔ)及文獻(xiàn)綜述。介紹本文的理論基礎(chǔ)以及國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的研究動(dòng)態(tài)。 第三章：構(gòu)建邢臺(tái)市經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。首先介紹邢臺(tái)市基本概況，研究的地域單元、數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源，依據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的原則，建立邢臺(tái)市經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 第四章：邢臺(tái)市經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力評(píng)價(jià)。運(yùn)用主成分分析法對(duì)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理，計(jì)算指標(biāo)權(quán)重，根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)邢臺(tái)市2002～2011年間經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià)。其次選擇與邢臺(tái)市相似的資源型地區(qū)—焦作市進(jìn)行橫向比較。將兩市2002～2011年10年間經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力進(jìn)行比較，找出邢臺(tái)市發(fā)展的差距。 第五章：提高邢臺(tái)市可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的途徑。根據(jù)邢臺(tái)市自身10年間經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力狀態(tài)和與焦作市進(jìn)行橫向比較，提出提高邢臺(tái)市經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的建議。第六章：結(jié)論與展望�？偨Y(jié)本文的主要結(jié)論，提出本文的創(chuàng)新及不足。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in the last century , the problem of resources and environment has become more and more serious , which seriously affects the sustainable development of human ' s economy and society . This paper studies the economic sustainable development ability of Xingtai city from 6 parts , and the concrete contents are as follows : Chapter One : Introduction . It mainly introduces the basis , the value , the main problems of the research and the research thoughts and methods . Chapter 2 : Theoretical basis and literature review . The theoretical basis of this paper and the research developments on sustainable development both at home and abroad are introduced . The third chapter is to construct the index system of the sustainable development of economic sustainable development in Xingtai city . Firstly , it introduces the basic situation of Xingtai city , the geographical unit and the data source of the research , and builds the evaluation index system of the economic sustainable development ability of Xingtai city according to the principles of the index system of economic sustainable development . Chapter Four : The evaluation of economic sustainable development ability of Xingtai city . By using principal component analysis method , the index system is standardized , the index weight is calculated , and the economic sustainable development ability of Xingtai city from 2002 to 2011 is analyzed and evaluated according to the calculation result . Secondly , the author compares the economic sustainable development ability between 2002 and 2011 in Xingtai city , and finds out the gap between the development of Xingtai city . The fifth chapter is to improve the sustainable development ability of Xingtai city . According to the status of economic sustainable development ability and the horizontal comparison with the city , this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the sustainable development ability of Xingtai city .
