【摘要】：湖南企業(yè)在東南亞、非洲等發(fā)展中國(guó)家中的對(duì)外直接投資取得了一定成就,并在當(dāng)?shù)匦纬闪肆己闷放菩?yīng),同時(shí)也在歐美等部分發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家嶄露頭角。湖南跨境經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)每年給東道國(guó)創(chuàng)造了成千上萬就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),也給湖南當(dāng)?shù)厝藛T提供了海外就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),其中,私營(yíng)企業(yè)已成為湖南省對(duì)外直接投資的生力軍。本文以湖南省私營(yíng)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資作為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法及動(dòng)態(tài)分析法,運(yùn)用小規(guī)模技術(shù)理論、技術(shù)地方化理論和對(duì)外投資不平衡論,結(jié)合湖南省私營(yíng)企業(yè)直接對(duì)外投資現(xiàn)狀與特點(diǎn),從宏觀與微觀兩個(gè)層面,深入分析湖南省私營(yíng)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),優(yōu)勢(shì)主要體現(xiàn)在:生產(chǎn)技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)、市場(chǎng)占有優(yōu)勢(shì)、國(guó)內(nèi)投資形式等,劣勢(shì)主要體現(xiàn)在:研究開發(fā)水平較低、抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力差、資金匱乏、融資成本高,境外投資宏觀管理體制滯后、海外市場(chǎng)信息不對(duì)稱等等。在此基礎(chǔ)上,為湖南省私營(yíng)企業(yè)“走出去”提供改進(jìn)策略與建議,如健全私營(yíng)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的保護(hù)機(jī)制;加大政府對(duì)私營(yíng)企業(yè)“走出去”的支持力度;培育和加強(qiáng)私營(yíng)企業(yè)“走出去”的國(guó)際化能力等。希望本文研究有助于解決湖南私營(yíng)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資過程中遇到的難題,對(duì)中國(guó)其他省區(qū)私營(yíng)企業(yè)直接對(duì)外投資問題的解決起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Hunan enterprises in Southeast Asia, Africa and other developing countries have made some achievements in foreign direct investment, and in the local formed a good brand effect. At the same time in Europe and the United States and other parts of the developed countries emerging. Hunan cross-border enterprises to create thousands of employment opportunities in host countries every year, but also to Hunan local people to provide overseas employment opportunities, among them. The private enterprise has become the fresh force of Hunan province foreign direct investment. This paper takes Hunan private enterprise foreign direct investment as the research object, adopts the literature method, the interview method and the dynamic analysis method. Using the theory of small-scale technology, localization of technology and unbalanced theory of foreign investment, combined with the current situation and characteristics of private enterprises in Hunan Province, from the macro and micro levels. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Hunan private enterprises' foreign direct investment, which are mainly reflected in the advantages of production technology, market advantages, domestic investment forms and so on. The disadvantages are: low level of research and development, poor ability to resist risks, lack of funds, high financing cost, lag of macro management system of overseas investment, asymmetric information in overseas market and so on. For Hunan private enterprises to "go out" to provide improvement strategies and suggestions, such as improving the protection mechanism of private enterprises foreign direct investment; Increasing government support for private enterprises to "go out"; It is hoped that the research in this paper will help to solve the problems encountered in the process of Hunan private enterprises' foreign direct investment (FDI). It can be used for reference to solve the problem of foreign direct investment of private enterprises in other provinces and regions of China.
