【摘要】：當前的經(jīng)濟形勢下,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進和經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系是密不可分的,產(chǎn)業(yè)能否推動良好的改革直接影響了經(jīng)濟增長能否平穩(wěn)的進行,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)能否成功升級直接影響了一個國家的經(jīng)濟概況。二戰(zhàn)以來,從世界上主要發(fā)達國家的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展歷史狀況來看,雖然各國的政策略有不同,但各國之間有關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的政策是相似的。經(jīng)濟發(fā)展史證明,日本創(chuàng)造了奇跡,對我國來說具有重要的研究價值。中國和日本都是東北亞地區(qū)的重要經(jīng)濟體,兩國之間存在著巨大的經(jīng)濟互補性與借鑒性,以鄰國日本為例,運用產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進趨勢理論、經(jīng)濟增長理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進與經(jīng)濟增長相互關(guān)系理論等,對日本產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系進行分析,其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)按照輕工業(yè)、重工業(yè)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的歷史脈絡演變發(fā)展。20世紀70年代以來,日本的經(jīng)濟增速雖呈現(xiàn)高速增長、低速穩(wěn)定增長、負增長的態(tài)勢,但是經(jīng)濟總量卻在不同程度的增加,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)也在不斷優(yōu)化。隨著日本經(jīng)濟的恢復和高速增長,全社會的就業(yè)率水平也得到了不斷提升。但是,泡沫經(jīng)濟的破滅,對社會的就業(yè)水平造成了一定程度的負面影響,總就業(yè)率水平上下波動、止步不前。選取產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級化和合理化兩種指標來衡量日本產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進狀況,得出的結(jié)論是日本產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)一直處在向高級化和合理化演進的過程中。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級化和合理化對經(jīng)濟增長均有正面影響,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)越合理越能促進經(jīng)濟的增長,但是在不同階段對經(jīng)濟增長的影響不同。1980年至2013年特別是21世紀以來,日本經(jīng)濟長期停滯,而產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷趨于高級化,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)增長速度明顯超過第二產(chǎn)業(yè)及整體經(jīng)濟增長的速度,在這一時期產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進與經(jīng)濟增長出現(xiàn)了負相關(guān)的現(xiàn)象,這與日本經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的階段有著很大的關(guān)系。此外,協(xié)整檢驗說明日本產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進與經(jīng)濟增長之間存在著長期穩(wěn)定的均衡關(guān)系;通過Granger因果檢驗說明日本產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化與經(jīng)濟增長是雙向因果關(guān)系,而日本產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級化與經(jīng)濟增長是單向因果關(guān)系。最后根據(jù)日本實際情況,在借鑒日本產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進的基礎(chǔ)上對我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整提出了相關(guān)建議,我國應該加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級、促進產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、大力發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)、注重經(jīng)濟增長績效、合理制定產(chǎn)業(yè)政策等。
[Abstract]:Under the current economic situation, the relationship between the evolution of industrial structure and economic growth is inseparable. Whether the industry can promote good reform directly affects the smooth progress of economic growth. The successful upgrading of industrial structure directly affects the economic situation of a country. Since World War II, the economic development history of the major developed countries in the world, although the policies of different countries slightly different. However, the policies on industrial structure among countries are similar. The history of economic development has proved that Japan has created a miracle and has important research value for China. China and Japan are both important economies in Northeast Asia. There is a huge economic complementarity and reference between the two countries. Taking neighboring Japan as an example, using the theory of industrial structure evolution trend, economic growth theory, the relationship between industrial structure evolution and economic growth theory and so on. This paper analyzes the relationship between the evolution of Japan's industrial structure and its economic growth. Its industrial structure has evolved and developed according to the historical context of light industry, heavy industry and tertiary industry since 70s. Although Japan's economic growth rate shows a rapid growth, low speed and stable growth, negative growth trend, but the total economic volume is increasing in varying degrees. The industrial structure is also continuously optimized. With the recovery and rapid growth of the Japanese economy, the employment rate of the whole society has also been continuously raised. However, the bubble economy burst. On the social employment level caused a certain degree of negative impact, the total employment rate fluctuated up and down, stopped. Select two indicators of industrial structure upgrading and rationalization to measure the evolution of industrial structure in Japan. The conclusion is that Japan's industrial structure has been in the process of upgrading and rationalizing, and the industrial structure has a positive impact on economic growth. The more reasonable the industrial structure, the more the economic growth can be promoted, but the impact on economic growth is different in different stages. From 1980 to 2013, especially since 21th century, the Japanese economy has stagnated for a long time. However, the industrial structure tends to be more advanced, and the growth rate of the tertiary industry is obviously higher than that of the secondary industry and the overall economic growth. In this period, the evolution of the industrial structure has a negative correlation with the economic growth. In addition, the cointegration test shows that there is a long and stable equilibrium relationship between the evolution of Japanese industrial structure and economic growth. Granger causality test shows that the rationalization of Japanese industrial structure and economic growth is a two-way causal relationship. The industrial structure of Japan and economic growth is a one-way causal relationship. Finally, according to the actual situation of Japan, on the basis of the evolution of Japan's industrial structure, put forward some suggestions on the adjustment of China's industrial structure. China should speed up the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, promote the coordinated development of industry, vigorously develop the tertiary industry, pay attention to the performance of economic growth, and rationally formulate industrial policies.
