【摘要】：城鄉(xiāng)收入差距問題一直是政府官員、專家學者以及社會大眾共同關注的民生問題。在20世紀70年代我國實行改革開放政策以后,FDI就成為我國經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展的重要因素。安徽作為中部承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移政策的重要省份之一,截止2012年前十一個月,安徽省實際利用外商直接投資金額已經(jīng)達到80.1億美元,同比增長28.8%。外商直接投資通過其傳導機制影響了安徽省城鄉(xiāng)收入差距。本文在充分考量安徽省省情的基礎上,對外商直接投資影響安徽省城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的問題進行了研究分析。 本文首先對國內(nèi)外學者關于FDI影響東道國收入分配的理論進行綜述,在此基礎上,從區(qū)域選擇、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、對外貿(mào)易、技術溢出效應以及優(yōu)惠待遇五個方面對FDI對城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的傳導機制進行深入的分析。然后利用計量模型對FDI影響安徽省城鄉(xiāng)收入差距進行實證分析,得出的結(jié)論是,外商直接投資是影響安徽省城鄉(xiāng)收入差距變動的重要因素,并且外商直接投資的流入進一步增大了安徽省城鄉(xiāng)收入差距擴大的趨勢。本文在最后依據(jù)實證分析的結(jié)果提出了如何更加合理的利用外商直接投資的建議,以發(fā)揮外商直接投資對安徽省城鄉(xiāng)收入分配影響的積極作用。
[Abstract]:Income gap between urban and rural areas has been the government officials, experts and scholars as well as the general public concerned about the livelihood of the people. In 1970s, China implemented the policy of reform and opening up. FDI has become an important factor in the rapid economic development of our country. As one of the important provinces in the central China to undertake the industrial transfer policy, Anhui has been one of the most important provinces in the first eleven months of 2012. The amount of foreign direct investment actually utilized in Anhui Province has reached 8.01 billion US dollars. Foreign direct investment (FDI) affects the urban-rural income gap in Anhui province through its transmission mechanism. This paper analyzes the influence of foreign direct investment on the income gap between urban and rural areas in Anhui Province. First of all, this paper summarizes the theory that FDI affects the income distribution of the host country, and on this basis, from the regional selection, industrial structure, foreign trade. Technology spillover effect and preferential treatment of five aspects of the transmission mechanism of FDI to the urban-rural income gap in-depth analysis. Then using the econometric model to analyze the impact of FDI on the urban-rural income gap in Anhui Province empirical analysis. The conclusion is that foreign direct investment is an important factor influencing the change of urban-rural income gap in Anhui Province. And the inflow of foreign direct investment (FDI) has further increased the trend of widening urban-rural income gap in Anhui Province. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to make more rational use of FDI. In order to play a positive role in the impact of foreign direct investment on urban and rural income distribution in Anhui Province.
