【摘要】：蘇聯解體后，中亞地區(qū)已成了國際社會矚目的焦點。烏茲別克斯坦在經濟發(fā)展中選擇了漸進式的發(fā)展模式。獨立后，由于烏茲別克斯坦國內儲蓄不足，資金的短缺，需要引進外資，因此頒布法律和制定引進外資的各項優(yōu)惠政策，改善投資環(huán)境。同時為停止經濟下滑、穩(wěn)定物價、解決失業(yè)和促進經濟復蘇進行了制度改革，并選擇了合本國國情的社會制度、政治體制和經濟體制，制定了發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，，選擇了發(fā)展模式。烏茲別克斯坦重視引進外資的同時也重視引進先進技術和現代管理經驗。政府專注于政治穩(wěn)定和經濟協調發(fā)展的同時，也加大對外開放和經濟特區(qū)建設力度。并解決就業(yè)、發(fā)展出口貿易、有效利用有限自然資源、提高國內企業(yè)的經營水平等方面取得了一定的成就。 本文在已有的研究理論的基礎和指導下，結合烏茲別克斯坦的實際情況，通過圖表對烏茲別克斯坦轉型以來的引進外資狀況進行分析，通過實證分析法對外直接投資（FDI）對經濟的影響等進行了分析，并得出相應的結論。 本文認為，FDI對烏茲別克斯坦產業(yè)結構和就業(yè)有著明顯的正作用，經濟特區(qū)對地區(qū)經濟發(fā)展的作用日益擴大，特區(qū)經濟帶動其他地區(qū)經濟發(fā)展的作用越來越明顯。FDI對不同產業(yè)的影響有差異，FDI對烏茲別克斯坦建筑業(yè)、交通運輸、食品加工、燃料業(yè)和機械及金屬加工業(yè)的推動作用較高。FDI對就業(yè)的影響方面，對交通運輸、建筑業(yè)和工業(yè)等勞動密集型領域就業(yè)的影響較明顯。貿易的影響主要表現在出口貿易。 本文還認為，轉型國家應注重本國投資環(huán)境的健全，并持續(xù)維持穩(wěn)定的經濟、政治局勢。最重要的是，在全球化中，投資東道國應該需找出自己的比較優(yōu)勢才能吸引更多的FDI，進而促進經濟的不斷發(fā)展。 最后，本文研究結果對我國與烏茲別克斯坦投資合作在內的經濟合作具有一定的借鑒意義和參考價值。
[Abstract]:Since the disintegration of the Soviet Union , the Central Asian region has become the focus of the international community . Uzbekistan has chosen the progressive development mode in the economic development . After independence , it is necessary to introduce foreign investment because of the shortage of domestic savings and shortage of funds in Uzbekistan . At the same time , it has chosen the development mode . At the same time , the government has chosen the development mode . At the same time , it also attaches great importance to the introduction of advanced technology and modern management experience . At the same time , it has made some achievements in the aspects of stopping the economic downturn , stabilizing prices , solving unemployment and promoting economic recovery , and solving employment , developing export trade , effectively utilizing limited natural resources and improving the level of operation of domestic enterprises . Based on the existing research theory and the actual situation of Uzbekistan , this paper analyzes the situation of foreign investment since the transformation of Uzbekistan , analyzes the influence of FDI on the economy through empirical analysis , and draws the corresponding conclusion . FDI has a positive impact on the industrial structure and employment of Uzbekistan , and the role of economic zones in regional economic development is increasing . The impact of FDI on different industries is more and more obvious . The impact of FDI on the employment of construction industry , transportation , food processing , fuel industry and machinery and metal processing industry in Uzbekistan is higher . The influence of FDI on employment in labor - intensive fields , such as transportation , construction and industry , is more obvious . The influence of FDI is mainly manifested in export trade . It is also believed that countries with economies in transition should focus on the sound of their investment environment and sustain stable economic and political situations . Above all , in globalization , the host country should find out its comparative advantage in order to attract more FDI , and then promote the continuous development of the economy . Finally , the research results of this paper have certain reference significance and reference value to our country ' s economic cooperation with Uzbekistan ' s investment cooperation .
