【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移是指某些產(chǎn)業(yè)在原產(chǎn)地,由于受到生產(chǎn)資源、勞動力資源、產(chǎn)品供求狀況發(fā)生改變等原因,為了保障企業(yè)的利潤最大化,謀求企業(yè)長遠的發(fā)展前景,將這些產(chǎn)業(yè)從原產(chǎn)地轉(zhuǎn)移到其他地區(qū)的過程。產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移不僅有利于企業(yè)的長遠發(fā)展,同時對于承接地來講,不僅能夠給承接地帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng),促進承接地經(jīng)濟水平的提高,而且也能夠帶動承接地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,推動地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級。 河南作為資源大省和勞動力大省,應(yīng)當(dāng)抓住機遇,積極發(fā)揮本地區(qū)生產(chǎn)要素優(yōu)勢,加快承接?xùn)|部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,加速河南新型工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化進程,促進河南經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。在中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)建設(shè)的背景下,針對河南省當(dāng)前承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的現(xiàn)狀進行研究分析,在研究過程中,積極找尋河南省當(dāng)前承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移過程中所面臨的優(yōu)勢條件和問題,針對河南當(dāng)前的形式,提出科學(xué)有效的政策建議,從而能夠更好的推進河南承接?xùn)|部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移進程的有序進行。為了使提出的政策建議更加具有針對性和科學(xué)性,本文首先介紹了當(dāng)前河南省承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移所處的歷史背景,在這個背景前提下,通過對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的文獻綜述研究,確定本文的基本研究思路；其次,針對與河南省作為承接地這一問題,梳理了承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的影響因素以及承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移后對承接地的各個方面產(chǎn)生怎樣的效應(yīng)；然后根據(jù)承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移過程中所要遵守的原則及產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度系數(shù)模型,對于河南省可承接的產(chǎn)業(yè)進行了重點選擇；最后針對河南省在產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移過程中所面臨的困難和問題提出了可行性較強的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Industrial transfer is a certain industry in the country of origin, due to production resources, labor resources, product supply and demand change and other reasons, in order to guarantee the enterprise profit maximization, seek the development prospects of the enterprise long-term, these industries will be transferred from the origin to the process in other areas. The industrial transfer is not only conducive to the long-term development of enterprises, at the same time for to undertake speaking, not only can give to bring huge economic effect, promote to improve the economic level, but also can lead to undertake regional economic development mode change, promote regional industrial structure adjustment and industrial upgrading.
Henan is a big province of resources and labor, should seize the opportunity to actively play the dominant factors of production in the region, speed up the industrial transfer of the eastern region, Henan has accelerated the process of industrialization and urbanization, promote the sustainable development of Henan's economy. In the Central Plains Economic Zone Construction under the background of Henan province according to the current situation of undertaking industrial transfer research and analysis, in the course of the study, Henan province actively seek out the current undertaking advantages and problems faced in the process of industry transfer, according to Henan's current form, put forward the scientific and effective suggestions, so as to better promote the Henan to undertake the eastern industrial transfer process in an orderly manner. In order to make the suggestions more targeted and scientific, this paper first introduces the Henan province to undertake industrial transfer of the historical background, in this background, through A literature review of domestic and foreign industrial transfer, to determine the basic idea of this paper; secondly, for as to undertake this issue with the Henan Province, combing the impact of undertaking industrial transfer and undertake industrial transfer to undertake various aspects of how to generate a response; on the basis of the principle and industrial gradient coefficient model to observe the process of undertaking industrial transfer in Henan Province, to undertake the industry has been the focus of selection; difficulties and problems in view of the Henan Province in the industrial transfer process are put forward countermeasures and suggestions to the feasibility is strong.
