【摘要】：降低稅負(fù)和推進市場化改革是供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的題中之義。本文利用我國的省級面板數(shù)據(jù),聯(lián)合考察了宏觀稅負(fù)、市場化及其交互項對經(jīng)濟增長的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)宏觀稅負(fù)對經(jīng)濟增長的作用會受到市場化程度的影響,同時市場化對經(jīng)濟增長的作用也會受到宏觀稅負(fù)水平的影響。因此,我們要結(jié)合市場化的進程,并從促進經(jīng)濟增長的角度來思考稅負(fù)水平的問題。在當(dāng)前供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的背景下,我們應(yīng)該積極地推動市場化改革進程以發(fā)揮市場在資源配置中的決定作用,并且要適度地降低宏觀稅負(fù)水平,如此方能有效地促進經(jīng)濟的長期穩(wěn)定增長。
[Abstract]:The paper uses the provincial panel data of our country to examine the effect of macro - tax , marketization and its interaction on the economic growth . At the same time , we should consider the effect of macro - tax burden , marketization and its interaction on economic growth . At the same time , we should consider the problem of the level of tax burden in the context of the structural reform of the current supply side .
