【摘要】:中國鐵路"走出去"步伐明顯加快,已上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,但人才的培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)卻未能跟上中國鐵路"走出去"的步伐,已成為制約其進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。立足中國鐵路"走出去"的人才培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)問題,分析中國鐵路"走出去"人才培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、應(yīng)堅持的三個原則和須踐行的三個步驟,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,闡釋了中國鐵路"走出去"面臨的三大主要任務(wù)。從形成兩大機制、組建一盟一會、布局三類基地、創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)模式和構(gòu)建兩大平臺五個方面,系統(tǒng)提出了中國鐵路"走出去"人才培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)的戰(zhàn)略對策。
[Abstract]:Chinese Railway "going out" significantly accelerated the pace has risen as a national strategy, but the cultivation of talents training Chinese railway has failed to keep up with the pace of "going out", has become a key factor restricting its further development. Based on the China Railway "going out" talent training problems, analysis of China Railway "going out" the strategy of talent training target training, three principles and three steps to practice, and on this basis, explains the China Railway "going out" facing three major tasks. From the formation of the two mechanisms, set up a League for a while, the layout of three bases, five aspects and the construction of innovation culture mode two platforms, Chinese railway system put forward the strategy of "going out" strategy of training talents.
