【摘要】：本文以福建省九地級(jí)市科技創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用超效率數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析視窗模型分析2010-2014年各城市科技創(chuàng)新效率的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,聯(lián)合Malmquist指數(shù)揭示城市科技創(chuàng)新效率變動(dòng)的深層次原因。研究表明:福建省多數(shù)城市科技創(chuàng)新效率DEA無效,效率提升空間較大。福州、廈門等經(jīng)濟(jì)較發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的科技創(chuàng)新效率相對(duì)較低,福州投入擁擠效應(yīng)比較顯著。Malmquist指數(shù)分析表明,技術(shù)進(jìn)步始終是福建各地級(jí)市全要素生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)的制約因素,其綜合技術(shù)效率的提高更多地得益于規(guī)模效率的改進(jìn)。據(jù)此,提出提升福建科技創(chuàng)新效率的若干建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, nine cities in Fujian Province science and technology innovation system as the research object, using super-efficient data envelopment analysis window model to analyze the dynamic changes of science and technology innovation efficiency of cities in 2010-2014. The combined Malmquist index reveals the deep reasons for the change of the efficiency of urban scientific and technological innovation. The research shows that the efficiency of most cities in Fujian Province DEA is ineffective, and the efficiency has a large space for improvement. Fuzhou. The efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in more developed areas such as Xiamen is relatively low, and the effect of investment congestion in Fuzhou is obvious. Malmquist index analysis shows that. Technological progress has always been the restricting factor of the growth of total factor productivity (TFP) in Fujian prefectural cities, and the improvement of its comprehensive technical efficiency is due to the improvement of scale efficiency. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in Fujian.
