【摘要】：摘要：改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的成就。經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式也逐步從粗放型經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式向集約型經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變。然而,當下我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的強勁動力依然是依靠傳統(tǒng)的高投入、高積累、低消耗的粗放型經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式,引發(fā)了一系列經(jīng)濟社會的問題,給國民經(jīng)濟持續(xù)穩(wěn)定健康的發(fā)展帶來了威脅。 本文以中國共產(chǎn)黨第十八次全國人民代表大會中關(guān)于加快完善社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制和加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的理論為現(xiàn)實依據(jù),通過歸納經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的一般范疇—經(jīng)濟增長方式和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式,指出我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的內(nèi)涵及重點就是要實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的“三個轉(zhuǎn)變”,即促進經(jīng)濟增長由主要依靠投資、出口拉動向依靠消費、投資、出口協(xié)調(diào)拉動轉(zhuǎn)變,由主要依靠第二產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動向依靠第一、第二、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同帶動轉(zhuǎn)變,由主要依靠增加物質(zhì)資源消耗向主要依靠科技進步、勞動者素質(zhì)提高以及管理創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)變。同時,利用圖表、數(shù)字等研究方法對我國當前經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式存在的問題進行實證分析,得出當下我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式存在的問題主要有需求結(jié)構(gòu)不均衡、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不平衡、生產(chǎn)要素投入結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)破壞嚴重這四個方面。進而得出當下我國當前經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變緩慢的原因主要有經(jīng)濟發(fā)展階段、經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟體制以及發(fā)展觀念這四個主要方面。因此,要實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟又好又快的發(fā)展就必須加強經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整、全面深化經(jīng)濟體制改革,同時要以科學發(fā)展觀為基礎(chǔ),統(tǒng)領(lǐng)和指導經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:Abstract : Since the reform and opening - up , China ' s economic development has achieved remarkable achievements , and the way of economic development has gradually shifted from the mode of extensive economic development to intensive economic development mode . However , the dynamic power of our country ' s economic development is still relying on the traditional high - input , high - accumulation and low - consumption extensive economic development mode , which has led to a series of economic and social problems , which has posed a threat to the sustained and stable healthy development of the national economy . On the basis of the theory of accelerating the improvement of the socialist market economy system and accelerating the transformation of economic development mode in the 18th National People ' s Congress of the Communist Party of China , this paper points out that the transformation of the mode of economic development is mainly dependent on investment and export promotion .
