【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞跟帖是與微博、博客、論壇不同的一種意見表達(dá)形式，是我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論最主要的表現(xiàn)形式之一。本文將對新聞跟帖的研究與區(qū)域化研究相結(jié)合，依據(jù)網(wǎng)民新聞跟帖中所顯示的所在城市，將新聞跟帖來源分為東北、華北、華東、華中、華南、西南、西北、海外共8個區(qū)域，對新聞跟帖進(jìn)行區(qū)域化分類量化統(tǒng)計。通過詞頻分析、情緒化分析等手段，研究新聞跟帖的總體特征，比較發(fā)現(xiàn)不同區(qū)域網(wǎng)民跟帖的特點，探討新聞跟帖特征與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展特征的聯(lián)系，并針對重點省市的跟帖進(jìn)行深入分析。同時，根據(jù)不同區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見表達(dá)的現(xiàn)狀，為輿論監(jiān)管部門和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會建設(shè)提出針對性的改進(jìn)意見。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，不同地區(qū)的新聞跟帖數(shù)量與該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展程度呈正相關(guān)的關(guān)系，即經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展越好的地區(qū)新聞跟帖數(shù)量越多。不同地區(qū)網(wǎng)民在新聞跟帖中所體現(xiàn)出的情緒，同樣能夠體現(xiàn)不同地區(qū)的特點，而具體到不同城市來看，，新聞跟帖情況與該城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的聯(lián)系明顯減弱，新聞跟帖情況是衡量不同城市間差異的一項新指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Internet news posting is a different form of expression from Weibo, blog and forum, and it is one of the most important forms of public opinion in our country. This paper combines the research on news posts with the research of regionalization. According to the cities shown in the news posts posted by Internet users, the sources of news posts are divided into eight regions: northeast, East, Central, South, Northwest and overseas. To carry on the regionalization classification quantification statistics to the news post. By means of word frequency analysis and emotional analysis, this paper studies the general characteristics of news posts, finds out the characteristics of Internet users in different regions, and probes into the relationship between the characteristics of news posts and the characteristics of regional economic and social development. And the key provinces and cities to carry out in-depth analysis of the post. At the same time, according to the present situation of the opinions expressed in different regional networks, the author puts forward some suggestions for the public opinion supervision department and the regional economic and social construction. It is found that the number of news posts in different regions is positively related to the degree of economic and social development in the region, that is, the better the economic and social development, the more the number of news posts in the region. The emotions of Internet users in different regions in their news posts can also reflect the characteristics of different regions. In the specific cities, the relationship between the news posting situation and the level of economic development of the city is obviously weakened. News postings are a new measure of differences between cities.
