【摘要】：2008年長(zhǎng)三角區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化范圍從原先的16市擴(kuò)展到蘇浙滬全境,為探索國(guó)內(nèi)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化邊界效應(yīng)變化及其政策有效性提供了有利的案例。利用長(zhǎng)三角地級(jí)市2001-2012年數(shù)據(jù),借助Barro趨同性回歸方程,分別檢驗(yàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的邊界效應(yīng)、一體化范圍擴(kuò)大效應(yīng)、范圍擴(kuò)大政策有效性以及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)趨同性。結(jié)果顯示,長(zhǎng)三角核心和外圍之間存在顯著的邊界效應(yīng),范圍擴(kuò)大后,從經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模變化來看呈現(xiàn)顯著的負(fù)向邊界效應(yīng),從勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率變化來看依然保持顯著的正向邊界效應(yīng),邊界效應(yīng)并未消失;長(zhǎng)三角區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的融合早于長(zhǎng)三角擴(kuò)容政策頒布時(shí)期,該政策具有適應(yīng)性政策調(diào)整特征。由此得出,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)不平衡發(fā)展過程中產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與擴(kuò)散規(guī)律是區(qū)域邊界效應(yīng)的成因之一,區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展政策不能完全消除區(qū)域邊界效應(yīng)。因此,可適當(dāng)運(yùn)用區(qū)域邊界效應(yīng)來培育區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)極、提高區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)內(nèi)外地位、樹立區(qū)域品牌形象,切莫過早地?cái)U(kuò)大范圍而損害經(jīng)濟(jì)集聚趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In 2008, the scope of regional economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta expanded from the original 16 cities to the whole territory of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, which provided a favorable case for exploring the change of the boundary effect of regional economic integration and its policy effectiveness. Based on the data of the prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2001 to 2012 and with the help of the Barro convergence regression equation, the boundary effect, the scope expansion effect, the policy effectiveness and the convergence of the regional economic growth of the regional economic integration are tested respectively. The results show that there is a significant boundary effect between the core and the periphery of the Yangtze River Delta. After the expansion of the scope, there is a significant negative boundary effect in terms of the change of economic scale, and a significant positive boundary effect in terms of the change of labor productivity. The boundary effect has not disappeared, and the integration of the regional economy of the Yangtze River Delta is earlier than the promulgation of the policy of expansion of the Yangtze River Delta, which has the characteristics of adaptive policy adjustment. It is concluded that the law of industrial agglomeration and diffusion is one of the causes of regional boundary effect in the process of unbalanced development of regional economy, and regional coordinated development policy can not completely eliminate the regional boundary effect. Therefore, we can use the regional boundary effect properly to cultivate the regional economic growth pole, improve the status of the regional economy at home and abroad, establish the regional brand image, and do not prematurely expand the scope and damage the economic agglomeration trend.
